The woman who checked us in was excellent. She had to tell us the pool and hot tub were unavailable due to repair, but she went out of her way to check on local pools, and other accommodations for us to try to make it right. The room was very comfortable. The blanket was very nice. The breakfast was impressive. Biscuits were kept steamed so they were soft. Eggs and sausage were good quality. The fried potatoes are my daughter's favorite.

Just that the pool and hot tub were not available. They were definitely one of the main reasons I picked this particular hotel.

Only complaint would be that the exterior of the building was littered with cigarette butt's outside the exit doors. Small amounts of rubbish within the landscape that appeared to be in place for a while. I recommend a daily sweep of the outside.

The location was a reason for using this hotel. The breakfast was great and you can always depend on what will be there. Another reason we use comfort inn is the breakfast is free and you don't have to stop once you started on your trip.

Girls at desk greeted us with smiles. Very courteous and knowledgeable when asked a question. Breakfast was very good and hot. Key cards were not working but were made aware of that upon booking.

I can't complain about anything. Even though the key cards weren't working we felt safe

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable

Something was a problem with making guest keys so I didn't have my own key. That was rather unhandy but I do realize such things happen

Room was comfortable and quiet. Bed was comfortable as well.

No sausage or bacon. Coffee was out. The instant coffee actually worked well. Appreciated that option.

Everything was excellent. That was very comfortable pillows were awesome. Very clean room.

Mini fridge had a minor whining noise but was barely noticeable

Soda machine was not working and took our money and did not have a out of order on it went to front desk and was told there was nothing the could do

Good value convenient location

Area near hotel felt a little unsafe. Was worried about my car. Did not like the pillows.

Clean, comfortable and located near family we were visiting. Good breakfast too.
