Great service desk attendants! I prepaid through Booking.com, there was no deposit. Gorgeous and cute little 1 bed just for me! This time I was traveling solo to a DC A Million Women Gathering that coming Sat 10/12/2024. The room was very clean, peaceful, with a like new feel and the simple decor was very well put together, my room and neighbors were quite and the bed was so comfortable that I even overslept and peacefully missed my 5:30am flight🤣 ..NO that was my fault.. I got in late after a long drive and just didnt sleep enough.. but i must say.. I think the comfy bed and sheets ready drew me in and I can laugh now but I've never missed a flight in my life but.. and that never happened before. But God worked it all out for me anyway. Hallway smelt like someone was blazing up (but it did not leak into our room) One staff member kept trying to talk to another staff member while he was trying to check me in, she was the only person I saw that was outright rude I requested a ground floor room over a month ahead, but was given a top floor (I should have called and confirmed but received an email confirmation this was fine) The room was VERY tiny. It worked and was clean, but was the smallest room I've ever stayed in.

Everything was clean in the room. And has all the amenities we needed for one night. And the cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful when we locked out ourselves out of our room.

Seemed like it was a popular place for the homeless but I don’t really blame the hotel for that. The bed was horrible. At least in my opinion. But everything else was top notch. Would stay here again

very nice and bed was very comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was having trouble getting the luggage cart in the door and they came and helped me. get my luggage into the room. I was having trouble walking ad I was overheated because of the weather. c This was the second time I have stayed there. Will definitely stay there again.

The check-in desk looks like a place you would find in the ghetto! The walls were chipped away and need repair and painting. After checking in, I was afraid of what the room would look like. It was in much better shape than the front desk.

See above. The check in desk is a customers first impression, and this one was bad!

I loved that we could bring our pet with us, and the room was accommodating and comfy.

It was no fault of the hotel, but the man in the room next to us was so loud. He was either on the phone, or playing games with lots of profanity, and VERY loud yelling. We had to get ear plugs to be able to sleep because he kept going into the night.

A nice older Red Roof Inn conveniently located close to the Interstate and restaurants close by. No car traffic noise. Rooms and bed clean, hot shower with good water pressure. The building is just showing age. It's a good deal for most folks and nice crew.

I had trouble with the AC, but it was cool enough not to need it. I never mentioned it to the staff, and they might have it shut down considering the time of year it is.

Pet policy

Plumbing in the bathroom could have been up dated/tighten up. I did report this to the gal at the front desk upon a departure and she said she would make a note. Other than that it was great.

Got a room that was so hot at first and wouldn’t cool down. The very nice lady at the front desk got me into a new room that was much better! Friendly and flexible.

Staff was very friendly and accomodating , especially on short notice. We had just cancelled another room for no hot water or wifi. Took our last minute reservation and gave us the last room there. Everyone down to housekeeping was very friendly and helpful.
