Breakfast better than average. Several hot proteins, waffle fries, seasoned potatoes, fresh melons and berries, large drink selection, good coffee. Breakfast area adjacent to indoor pool w fountains and abundant tropical plants. Pools (indoor and outdoor) looked inviting, didn't have time to swim. Nice gym equipment and yoga room. Beds very comfortable, a/c worked well.

Floor plan very unique, took time to figure out, staff provided map, but didn't help much. But it was a fun challenge. At times, traffic heavy on main road, hard to turn left. Several gas stations nearby frquented by homeless people.

The hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean But Isabel was awful upon check in. I had asked for my room to be close to my kids I was told by Destiny it wouldnt be a problem but I would have to wait till closer to 4 for that to happen. So we ran to walmart and came back at 430 and Isabel said rooms still werent ready I said is one of them, I told her my daughter and son in law wouldnt be there for a couple hours so I figured by the time they got there house keeping would have got the rest of the rooms ready. So I left and my other kids came to check in and they put them in a different part of the hotel. Isabel never told us what time breakfast was, where it was at, no wifi password or nothing. She made me feel like I was inconvenicening her. When all I wanted was to be close to my grandbabies. If she dont like working with guest and trying to accomodate them then maybe she needs to find a new job. Since I has been told by the supervisor it wouldnt be hard to get us close to each other. Other than my bad experiece with her everything else was wonderful.

You had me at Palm Trees & tropical foliage! There was always an attendant at the guard shack. Check in and out was easy, the room was great, enjoyed the shower with an option to turn off the overhead and keep my hair dry. The rolling table on wheels was very helpful. Lots of lights including reading lights and lots of dresser drawers. We appreciated a night light in the bathroom vs having to leave the bathroom light on and crack the door. They even included a couple bottles of water in the room AND Starbucks coffee for the room coffee pot! The indoor pool area is an actual oasis that feels like you're outdoors with towering tropical trees and foliage and skylights bringing in the sunlight. Nice childproof pool gate. No awful chlorine smell either because the ceiling was 2 stories high! We loved that this is where you serve breakfast! It's such a great ways to start the day. Breakfast was fantastic with all the hot food choices including waffles and a rotation of breakfast meats, biscuits and gravy and French toast while we were there. Thanks for real butter for my waffle & stevia for my coffee! These are little details that make a statement. The pool and splash pad were awesome! The splash pad was very well done and the rubbery surface ensured the kids were safe playing. Staff members were pleasant and smiling. The place was exceptionally clean. Absolutely wonderful!

We were given the opportunity to upgrade our room view. For us it didn't matter because we were never going to be in our room except for sleeping. Since there is a side of the building that has a privacy fence securing the property from a parking lot, it might be helpful for guests to know that's where their room is located before checking in, in case they want to upgrade before discovering their view is a fence. Given that situation, some creative plantings might help to spruce up the view for those guests. No complaints here, just a thought.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly, the location was decent and prices were reasonable. We were able to neighbor next to other family members without issue thanks to the helpful staff member. The indoor splash pad was great for the smaller children and the indoor pool had plenty of space in the shallow and deep ends. Our room was clean, spacious and had a patio that overlooked the atrium where the pool and breakfast reside. Breakfast had variety and plenty of space to relax and dine. We weren't able to take advantage of the restaurant, unfortunately.

Navigation was slightly difficult within the facility and the bathroom door to our room didn't latch closed. Not the worst, but there was no indoor hot tub with the indoor pool.

It was absolutely beautiful, everybody was super friendly We did not stay near the pool, but if you had kids or were planning on spending a lot of time in the swimming pool, they have some beautiful rooms at the back up directly to it. Beautiful property.

It was slightly hard to find the turn off for the property. It’s kind of hidden between a couple of buildings. There is a security gate, with a guard which also kind of threw us off. We weren’t really expecting that. Once we found the initial guard gate everything was good.

Literally everything. The whole stay was great. Beds were comfy, room was clean, our boys LOVED the pools. There was a nice workout room available, and there was a washer and dryer available that I didn't get to use but would be nice for those that have time.

I really didn't have any complaints but if I had to list something - it would be there wasnt an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the indoor pool was kind of chilly.

The breakfast was a buffet. It was good with several options to choose from

The room was very nice. The only thing I did not care for is that there was no kind of a sheer drapery so when you opened up the main drapery, everybody could see straight into your room and as we were on the lower level pool view side, we could not leave our drapes open, which left it dark in the room so a sheer drapery would help.

Great general atmosphere. The room was clean and updated, with a very nice shower and very soft, comfortable beds. Patio overlooking the pool and the pool area itself was wonderful. Continental breakfast was top notch for a buffet style— everything was plentiful, hot (or cold, if necessary) and tasty.

Our bedroom was clean, the restroom was clean! No complaints. The restaurant inside the hotel had great food, and prices were decent. The pool area was really nice, well maintained my kids loved it. The water was not cold it was tolerable.

We noticed there were gnats in our room, we killed at least 4. The pool room was room temperature but getting out of the pool it was cold. Maybe keeping that room a bit warmer would be nice.

Overall a fantastic experience! The staff is wonderful! The rooms are nice! The restaurant is very nice. We enjoyed the indoor pool! My daughter especially liked that when the cleaning staff made our beds they arranged all of her stuffed animals "very cutely" on the bed! We would definitely repeat!

Had a little trouble with the keycards. Had to have them reset a couple times. Only a minor inconvenience. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our bathroom in room 598 did not have an exhaust fan. There are plenty of electrical outlets/usb ports between the beds but none on the outsides.
