It looks like an older property, but was very clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I LOVED the big window in the room & it had a total blackout shade that WORKED! It didn’t have the loud AC under the window like most hotels do. It was more like a central unit with a quiet fan that ran constantly- so we weren’t awakened all night long by the AC! Great sleep & a wonderful shower!

I liked the property! Breakfast wasn’t included in our price. Just pay attention to choose with or without breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness and how fancy it was. The staff was helpful and nice.

They pool wasn't anything fancy but nice and the breakfast you had to pay sperate for. It was fancy and nice selection. We got to breakfast an hour before it was over so things weren't restocked and cold.

It was surprisingly open. I liked that the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I felt safe and I liked seeing the staff committed. The waiter in the restaurant was so helpful (Chase) and he was absolutely the pillar of service. He was not overbearing, but he anticipated what you needed and even offered options to see if you would like something different. Now that is service!

Our room smelled like smoke (even though it was a non-smoking room). Front desk took care of it right away. We stepped out to get a bite to eat and when we cam back, the odor was lessened comfortably.

The breakfast set up was not kid friendly . Glass plates and glass orange juice glasses . Had to ask for cups for the kids and never got them . The food was great but it was not child friendly to get the food

That I thought that my breakfast was included in my reservation. I'm from Kansas and when you stay at the Holiday Inn, if you get breakfast for free with your reservation regardless.

Convenience was exceptional I will always stay there and tell my family and friends they saved our road trip holiday inn refused to honor our reservations because I lost my id and my granddaughter wasn’t 21

Rooms are nice and comfy with nice walk in shower. Bed is comfy, pillows, well everyone is used to one at home so that's that.

The breakfast was cold when we ate it, but in there defense the hotel was pretty full with a event going on.

Everything was wonderful, and being senior citizens, we really appreciated the beautiful walk-in shower.

The sheer window covering. No other curtains to provide more privacy.

The very best black out window shades I have ever experienced. So nice when you need darkness to sleep.

There was some new process about breakfast. No longer free at his location. Was not clear until breakfast time.

the upgraded bathrooms were great! Except no tub to bathe my little one. But the water pressure was great and lots of hot water. The breakfast was amazing!

No mini fridge or microwave in the room. Breakfast did not start until 8 am and it was $12 a person.
