It was in a great location. We like the little bar and grill. That was right beside it. Me and the grandkids and my daughter the granddaughters love the pool. I just really liked it there and if I ever go back to that town I'll probably stay there again

When the maids came in I guess since we were staying two nights they didn't even make the beds. All they did was just change out the towels

The breakfasr was very good. There was a nice variety of food to choose from and the food was very good. I consider the breakfast a very good value. There is a happy hour from 3 to 5 p.m. every day that we did not take advantage of but was an added touch to the stay for those who wanted to partake. Our TV was on the fritz--wasn't working due to several factors--a thunderstorm and a remote that needed new batteries that a young ladiy from the lobby came to fix to our room. We had given up, but she fixed the problem and apologized for the inconenience. All in all,, this is a place I would recommend. Be sure to stay on the 3rd floor if you don't want to be disturbed by barking dogs or kids.

The promise that there wouldn't be barking dogs on the third floor! My husband plus another guest were remarking on this yesterday. We saw the couple with the dog in the cage on the third floor coming down the elevater. What gives with that? Were there not enough rooms? Sonia Main

We stayed on the third floor with 1 bed, which is the business class floor. Everything was lovely! Breakfast great, shower pressure amazing, mattress comfortable, everything clean, and so much was updated. I've never been so impressed with the quality of a hotel for the price.

The sheets were a bit scratchy, probably at the end of its life. That's just nitpicking, though.

Good variety for breakfast. Dining area was clean and had a lot of choices for breakfast. Space and area were kept very clean and staff ensured to refill items promptly. Front staff was attentive and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Towels a bath items we’re changed and replaced daily.

No shuttle service. Bed a bit firmer than I typically like.

My door didn’t latch unless it was lifted with both hands while closing. Staff at desk didn’t seem capable to offer any kind of solution whatsoever; and further, she seemed surprised that I would be concerned. Although once she did come to investigate, she discovered the hack of lifting the door up with both hands while pulling shut.

I really liked the amenities! As someone in a wheelchair this was a great location to pick for our first trip since I was in a wheelchair. Great shower accommodations and friendly staff!

Honestly there wasn't anything about this hotel that wasn't great!

Location! The Staff were VERY FRIENDLY and Helpful. We were there for a Funeral and needed a later check out and they were very accommodating on that without any hassle! So THANK YOU to all employees working on May 30th!!!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like!

Nice place in a very busy suburban area. Parking for Veteran was a nice touch for us. Very hot shower which I really love. Good king bed as well.

Toilet is super low style that doesn’t work these days. Separated bathroom for sink area is not good.

we were not satisfied with the original room location so far from the elevator. Wyatt was very accommodating and located a room on the 1st floor so we had a much more pleasant stay.

Bed were not real comfortable and the bottom sheets had balls all over it felt like a blanket instead of a sheet! And the air conditioning never got super cold even having it on 60 degrees
