Most everything! It is our go to hotel.

One issue I have is being able to check in at 3:00pm when I request a first floor room. Not only are they not ready at 3:00 pm, they have a pattern of cleaning from higher floors down, so because of a low cleaning staff, they will never be ready on time. When we have to be in town and check in to a hotel with a for sure 3:00 pm check in on lower floors, I’ve been forced to cancel at Homewood Suites, which would not be what I want to do. We love your hotel with this one exception.

The breakfast was good and the location is fine We were hoping to have biscuits and gravy for breakfast and that was not there. But everything else was good.

I didn’t really care for the pillows on the bed. They may have been feather pillows, and the bed coverings was not comfortable too heavy, and felt more like a heavy tablecloth. But I will say everything else out weighed that.

Very clean hotel, the staff for check-in were very friendly we stayed at the same Homewood Suites the night before in Tulsa Oklahoma and both were great. They had hot breakfast which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend both of these hotels. Looking forward to coming back to Springfield to visit I know exactly where we will stay.

My wife had the breakfast. It was okay. Nothing negative to say about it.

Our room was like brand new. And it was immaculate! Those are the 2 things that I require in a Hotel. Cleanliness is a MUST and it was! What few staff members we spoke with were friendly and courteous. We will be back.

The location was great, just a mile from my appointment. The room size was very nice. Much bigger than a regular hotel room. I chose this location for safety. I was traveling with my daughter and granddaughter so I wanted to make sure they would be safe where we stayed. I did not use the kitchen but everything that would be needed was there. Very nice.

I didn't like staying on the 5th floor so far from the elevator but that was my fault. I did not request easier access to the room. Next time I will.

Location was a quick detour off of the interstate, so it was convenient. Breakfast was good with several choices. The water in our fridge was a nice extra!

We didn't visit the pool, but probably would have if there was a hot tub. That would have felt great after a long day of driving.

I loved the location, all of the staff was super friendly, the breakfast was delicious, the room was clean and perfect for my stay, the entire hotel was clean and I loved all the amenities included.

There was a stain that hadn’t been cleaned on my bedding which made it a little uncomfortable and hard to sleep knowing that the fitted sheet was not clean.

Safe, I love the way the rooms are made! This staff was exceptional!! Loved those girls at the front desk!!

Very nice room and entire hotel was clean! Great breakfast on the morning and woman who ran it was excellent keeping the food and drinks stocked at all times. And she was very friendly! The whole hotel experience was great

The tv stations weren’t very many and poor selection
