Stayed during a power outage at my home due to weather and I have health issues and need power. Have stayed there several times in the past prior to moving to the area. Always clean and friendly. Power at my home came back on 2 days sooner than expected. I was prepared to have to pay with no argument from me but the cancelled the extra days no questions asked. That should be common customer service but in today’s world that is superior. Will keep me coming back and recommending to others.

The location, the size, it was clean, it was relatively quiet, the kitchen supplies, the full sized refrigerator, the kind staff. Nothing is perfect but it was soooo comfortable and roomy. It was like being at home.

Dishwasher was broke and there was a sound coming from the aluminum vent in the bathroom. Sounded like loud dripping. Informed the staff so it could be fixed.

Room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable. Room location was quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming.

Towels seemed a bit rough. Water temperature wasn’t that hot and the water pressure was low.

Breakfast not included but location was good staff friendly

Found ants in bedroom and on pillows as well as in bathroom each day

The room we had was our favorite of all the rooms we've had before. Staff are great. Room was very clean.

The bed was kinda hard compared to what I'm used to.

Front desk person was helpful and accommodating

Forgot there was no breakfast. Booking relayed incorrect info to the hotel regarding room requests. Front desk changed with no problem

This was the cleanest, most comfortable room we've ever stayed at. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The only drawback to our stay was the lack of a shelf next to the bathroom sink to place cosmetic items.

we were in an accessible room which was nice but the shower head was in the middle of the wall pointed directly at the shower curtain. very bizarre placement.
