I Love staying here at Baymont by Wyndham at Battlefield and 65 hwy. The staff does a Fabulous job making sure all of their guests feel Welcome and Cared about. They keep this hotel very clean and always looking fresh. As for me, it all comes back to the staff. If you didn't have This particular staff, I don't know if it would feel so much like home. Each member always asks if I need anything and if my stay is going well. They truly Care if they did a great job. You just don't find that everywhere. Thank you to Baymont. You have made my stays Fabulous and Relaxing. Thank you for your hard work. I truly Appreciate you All.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like

The room was very clean and room was comfortable. I enjoyed the layout and how much room their was. They had plenty of towels for showers. I appreciate seeing staff continuing to clean throughout my stay and being friendly. The breakfast was hot and fresh and everything was cleaned. I enjoyed having a fitness center with working equipment as well.

I only have a suggestion for the fitness center. Getting more attachments to the cable machine so you can do more workouts.

Young lady that checked us in was rude and condescending. Felt she thought we were trash because we had reserved through Booking.com and made give her a credit card even though we had already had to prepay days ahead of our stay. (Never had to do this before when using Booking.com

The entire place was clean. The staff was friendly and professional. Breakfast was amazing…lots to choose from. And I used the pool daily. Great location with resteraunts and shopping nearby and easy to access. Would definately stay again.

No negatives for me.

It was clean the breakfast was excellent the donuts actually taste like homemade. They were delicious!! Kid friendly! Pool open till 1030! Super easy to get to and from. 12 minutes away from the zoo and 10 minutes away from bass pro and the Wonders of Wildlife Aquariam and Museum! Great location and friendly staff! Oh and the beds were super comfortable!!10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone!!! Definitely will be coming back!!

Elevator is a bit old so shakes a little but all in all not too bad!

The price and size of the room.

The young lady checking me in was not friendly or smiling. I don't believe she enjoys her job. Also, do not like the $150 deposit forced on me if I wanted the room. Very excessive considering the one in Jeff City charges $50, which is also excessive. With excessive deposit fees I will most likely find another hotel in the future at which to stay.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a family in the hospital and needed to stay longer they helped us. Was easy to get to and from hospital.

I feel that there maybe could use a few more places to plug in We had cpaps and then had trouble charging phones as there was only one other pllug in.

The breakfast sausage was delicious! The coffee was amazing! Service was great even recommended to go to the Wonders of Wildlife Aquariam and Museum and was awesome! Had working hottub and indoor pool! Coffee by elevator all day and water too!

Our keycard reader was a little loose so you had to jiggle it to get room unlocked.

The breakfast was adequate. The location was perfect, central to all the things we planned to do and near LOTS of restaurants.

There wasn't enough seating for breakfast rush or large groups. Additional options for breakfast would have been nice, bacon, potatoes, bagels.
