The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were clean and well maintained. The location was safe and clean and I would stay here again. Breakfast was nice there were a lot of options to chose from.

The mattresses were not really the best quality. The key cards deactivated whenever it came into contact with your phone and had to be replaced, after I had the first replaced I went shopping and was careful to keep it away from my phone but it deactivates when you go through the security things in the stores so once again I had to have the card replaced. That was irritating but they staff was extremely helpful and we laughed about it.

Older property but very clean,no funky smells. It was very quiet and no weed smells. Front desk younger lady at check in was very pleasant, older lady when leaving at 10am for daily outing seemed a little miffed when I asked her for towels and room clean. She said didn’t know if anyone was still there to do that. We came back later in day and did have fresh towels but bed sheets were just thrown on the bed. Breakfast was rough, milk needs to be in pitchers, not left in sams container as I saw a gentleman jamb his finger through the safety cap to open it. Then placed back in fridge. I know eggs at most hotels are just instant, but these eggs were like yellow mush, and I’m not that picky believe it or not. Hotel was great value and I would definitely stay again if needed. I just wanted to point out a few items that would make the property that much better.

When we checked in I was told that they don't rent rooms to residence who live in Springfield MO for some reason. They said they were going to put me on some do not rent list so I wouldn't be able to ever stay there again. I'm not sure why or what that means and would really like an explanation why. I'm a 63 yr old women and my 27 yr old Autistic son stayed there. We've never had an issue at any hotel anywhere so I'm confused by this.

We booked through a third party, so I believe we got a fair discounted rate. The desk clerk who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast area had ample seating and breakfast selection was good although my spouse was disappointed there was not a waffle maker!

My spouse has a bad back and knees, so I asked for a room on first floor but if there was an elevator the upper floor would be fine. We were on second floor, but almost all the way to the end of the hall which was a distant for spouse to walk.

The room was clean and hotel areas looked clean. The water was hot and had good pressure, the bed was comfortable. That's something that we always want in a room.

We were in the 250's room number. It would have been helpful to know that our room was almost at the very end by the exit, we could have used that entrance. There was parking downstairs and the walk upstairs wouldn't have been that long. My husband didn't go to breakfast because he didn't want to walk that far.

I didn’t expect much, because I think it was listed as 2 stars. However, I can’t believe this room is only $80. It was very easy to get to, and immediately I was impressed by the lobby. It was clean and welcoming, and the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and had a good sense of humor. Our room was very clean, with the towels folded all cutely and everything. The beds are comfortable. To be fair, I’m literally lying in bed typing this so maybe something insane will happen to change my mind, but I am very happy with this hotel and will absolutely be back. We didn’t use the pool, and likely won’t, but it’s got chairs and tables and the water looks very clean, and it’s a decently large pool. The fitness center also looks nice (there’s a 0% chance of me using that, but for people who like treadmills and exercise equipment, I’m sure it’s lovely). 😂 Also, the rooms have pictures of different animals on them. We got a boring animal, but I guess that’s okay.

I had low expectations for this hotel due to the super affordable rate and I have not heard of " Greenstay". I was very wrong this hotel is immaculate clean! The beds are amazing. It felt like a Hilton for the price of the Quality Inn. I stayed in a regular King room and a Suite and they both exceeded all expectations. I cannot say much about the continental breakfast as they serve eggs and I absolutely cannot stand the smell of eggs so I did not go in. But McDonalds is right across the street as is a tasty roast beef place. You can hop on the highway and be anywhere. in Springfield in minutes. The pool is clean and open! They have a washer and dryer available that is no charge. You can buy soap fabric softener and dryer sheets for .75 each. Go before they raise their prices to meet their quality you will not regret it.

Employees walked in the room 3 times during the stay. This may be due to the door doesn't just lock you have to pull them pretty hard. The door will be closed but not locked so the employees just opened it. Twice in the am and once in the evening.

The hotel was easy to get to and was clean. We normally stay at the one on Battlefield Rd, but didn't realize I had booked a different address. It was actually closer in distance and of the same quality. The bed was comfortable, the room spacious, and the shower worked well. The room was upstairs and had a view of the pool. There was a hot breakfast, but we didn't go. We only stayed one night but it was enjoyable.

There wasn't anything that we really didn't like.

The hotel was nicely appointed and the rooms were spacious. The staff were friendly and courteous. There was a specialty coffee maker in the lobby that made a variety of coffees and hot chocolate as well as water for tea, etc. The hotel was clean and had a variety of amenities like a large mini fridge, microwave, etc. There were Andy's Thin Mints on the counter for all guests.

The rooms smelled a little musty and the air conditioner didn't work well. I had to turn it all the way down and it still had trouble cooling our room even with a temperature of about 90 outside.

Exceeded expectations. This was a last minute booking and I was motivated by price only. The room was pretty, larger fridge than I was expecting. Sheets towels on the worn side. Room very clean, larger than expected. Nice workout faculty and nice pool. Handsome lobby. Over all got more than my moneys worth.

Towels are scratch y worn. Sheets are on the worn out side. Pillows need to be replaced. A few maintenance touch ups: molding needs glue, paint touch ups nothing major.
