We are from another state and our truck broke down. We had no place to go while waiting for the repairs. Your hotel and staff have so graciously taken care of us, while we’ve been hanging out waiting, for the past two and a half days. It was close to the area we needed to be. It was clean. Bright and shiny and the staff was fabulous, the kitchen staff the housekeeping, the front desk and the worked who were renovating some rooms. All were cheery and helpful.

Our room was very comfortable with lots of room to move in. Super clean and neat. The beds were comfortable as well. The pool was the perfect temp with large towels to wrap yourself in. The breakfast was top-notch. EVERYTHING, you would want for breakfast. Plenty of hot food and sitting. The front desk personnel was very attentive to my daughter's needs. We will staying at this hotel again.

My wife and I were on vacation to visit Friends, Family, and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We stayed at 7 hotels on our trip and the Hampton Springfield was the best out of all of them. Great staff and the breakfast was the best I had in years at a hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Maybe a little thicker gravy for the biscuits and gravy? not anything to complain about but that

Came for the breakfast, stayed for the quality. Very good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Our room was top floor. Hotel is close to Interstate but we didn't hear a sound. The room had everything we needed, from a fridge and microwave to built-in charging ports between the beds. Staff was efficient and very friendly.

The front desk clerk expressed her irritation that I had booked on booking.com stating that it’s always a problem. She didn’t talk to me again since she was talking to another employee and only handed me the key with no information. The breakfast had a weird looking chicken sausage, but otherwise it was good. The room was good. The bathroom was roomy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean!!

Had a dog in a room nearby (upstairs) bark for a good 5 minutes at 6am the final morning of our stay. Bed wasn't as comfortable as ones we've experienced at similar price-tiered hotels. What fool decided that the TV should NOT be in direct line with the bed, head-to-foot...but instead should be at a 45 degree angle from anyone in bed?

Breakfast was very good and the two ladies running the kitchen were very friendly and efficient making my morning meal a very pleasant experience. They greeted me and asked if there was anything else I needed as well as the other guests. Everything was kept clean and full and fresh.

Location is great and the staff are always greeting you with a smile. They have an awesome breakfast with a variety of items. The room was spacious with a nice size bathroom.

Not much I didn't like but since they renovated, the beds are not as comfortable

It was one of the best stays I ever had. The check-in was easy and very courteous. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on. Breakfast was furnished and the ladies would check to make sure the food was OK and to make sure the food was to our satisfaction. I could not ask for a better stay anywhere.

Breakfast was excellent, good variety and all fresh. The most impressive thing was how everyone on the staff asked me if my stay was going well, very unusual but great customer service….will stay at a Hampton hotel again anytime
