My wife and I were on vacation to visit Friends, Family, and celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. We stayed at 7 hotels on our trip and the Hampton Springfield was the best out of all of them. Great staff and the breakfast was the best I had in years at a hotel. I would go back in a heartbeat.

Maybe a little thicker gravy for the biscuits and gravy? not anything to complain about but that

Came for the breakfast, stayed for the quality. Very good selection of hot and cold breakfast items. Our room was top floor. Hotel is close to Interstate but we didn't hear a sound. The room had everything we needed, from a fridge and microwave to built-in charging ports between the beds. Staff was efficient and very friendly.

The front desk clerk expressed her irritation that I had booked on booking.com stating that it’s always a problem. She didn’t talk to me again since she was talking to another employee and only handed me the key with no information. The breakfast had a weird looking chicken sausage, but otherwise it was good. The room was good. The bathroom was roomy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean!!

Had a dog in a room nearby (upstairs) bark for a good 5 minutes at 6am the final morning of our stay. Bed wasn't as comfortable as ones we've experienced at similar price-tiered hotels. What fool decided that the TV should NOT be in direct line with the bed, head-to-foot...but instead should be at a 45 degree angle from anyone in bed?

Breakfast was very good and the two ladies running the kitchen were very friendly and efficient making my morning meal a very pleasant experience. They greeted me and asked if there was anything else I needed as well as the other guests. Everything was kept clean and full and fresh.

It was one of the best stays I ever had. The check-in was easy and very courteous. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on. Breakfast was furnished and the ladies would check to make sure the food was OK and to make sure the food was to our satisfaction. I could not ask for a better stay anywhere.

super friendly staff, knew a lot about the area. hotel was very clean, entire building smelled good! great facilities, great breakfast, treats for guests. staff went out of their way to make guests comfortable. quiet, safe area. great stay. we will use Hampton again!

The Room was clean and comfortable Bathroom was great with a large shower. The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was polite and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

The free breakfast was very good on our first morning The 2nd morning there was no biscuits or gravy. Some type of egg omelet. French toast sticks.

Everything! Staff was most gracious. Hotel was very clean! Complimentary breakfast was the best of any Hampton Inn's I've been to with more variety as well. And the rates were completely reasonable. I will stay there again when in Springfield and highly suggest you do too!

Having to leave☹🤪 could've stayed more days! That part of town is most enjoyable.
