The room was clean and spacious. We were not expecting a room that was apartment size. We didn't use the kitchen but, it did have a 2 burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and sink. There was a pull out couch with extra bedding and TV in the main room. The bedroom had a king size bed and TV. The bathroom was actually big enough to turn around in without bumping into everything. We would definitely choose this size room again for the price.

No complaints, other than the air in the bedroom was cut off so that the only air was coming from the main room.

Good Size Room with Nice Kitchen amenities. Big Comfy Bed & Nice variable seating in Unit. Breakfast included in Price Heater/AC worked well Good lighting placement & plenty of Wall outlets for plug-ins.

Shower was extremely Slippery & very difficult to get in & Out of without Falling. Need Bathmat for Safety!!!!!! Room Keys kept expiring every day we werd there...ended up having to get New ones each time we tried to re-enter the building & our room.

PROS: Everything was so clean. The lady at the front desk with whitish hair was extremely helpful with anything we needed. Check in was quick. Our suite was well set up with 2 queen beds in the bedroom, a leather futon couch in the living area that was comfortable to sleep on. Kitchen had a stove, small refrigerator, microwave & dishwasher!

CONS: Outside needs updated. Looked a bit dingy but the inside made up for that. The kitchen utensils were sparse. 3 forks, 4 spoons & a few butter knives. Plates were huge & few. No trash can in kitchen area.

Breakfast was good, typical to other hotels , was able to get a free late check out. Enjoyed the queen suite plenty of room . Close to restraunts,gas station,highway, grocery store. Nice hot water and shower pressure!

The hot tub is out of order , the beds weren't as comfortable as I would have liked such as too firm it was on a platform frame so no box spring etc. And pillows were not supportive as I would have liked but were really soft. Other than the ppl in the room above me stomping all night long it was a nice stay.

Clean, fluffy white towels and plenty of them!! Very clean!

When we pulled up there was an older man sitting at the door.. when you are not familiar with your surroundings and area it can make it uneasy. We pulled around to the back to park we could see inside a messy room with a cat sitting in the window. It made me wonder if our room was going to be clean.

It was very clean, staff was fantastic, great price for the room and amenities, the breakfast was good. We would definitely stay there again.

The only thing that could have been better was the sofa bed mattress was very thin and not very comfortable. They could probably replace them or add extra padding.

I was super impressed with the gals at the checkout desk when we checked in and the next morning when we checked out and they called me an hour later, I had left my jacket in the room and they are going to ship it to me, but even better was I realized sometime later that I had left about $700 in the pocket of the coat And it was still in there !! talk about amazing employees❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Everything from the room to the service! The bed was excellent!!

The only issue we had was during the night my motorcycle was stripped out in the side parking lot leaving us with having to find a way back home but that's not the hotels fault at all. That could have happened any where even at our own home. But the staff was very helpful getting the police for us. We were supposed to check out at 11am & as we were getting ready to leave is when we discovered the incident with my bike. The staff was very understanding & helpful about not making us leave since we was waiting on someone from home about 5 hrs away to come get us. They have security cameras on the front & the back, didn't see any on the sides. That would have been very helpful if they did, cuz the person who did this could have entered from the side without being seen on cameras.

my husband liked the breakfast. Neither my son nor myself took advantage of eating breakfast that morning. we had a late night booking as we were traveling, the front desk person was extremely helpful very sweet and professional. we had no idea that our room was actually a sweet which was a nice bonus. we were in Springfield Missouri. we have never stayed at a green stay before. and we will definitely be looking to stay at another Green State when we travel.

the furniture was extremely worn however I understand the economy and such. it did not affect the quality of our stay.

I like the area of the property. I like the staff who were so friendly and nice. Room service was offered the following day I got in which is 5 star service. Not common in most hotels.

I did like how uncomfortable the lobby was for breakfast. Not made for comfort at all. I also did not like that the beds were sinking as you laid in them.
