Value, location and staff was friendly. The rooms were okay Shower

The a/c didn't cool the room very good, the curtains had worn spots, the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was just okay. When we got to the breakfast area the eggs were almost gone no biscuits. I bagel left on the stale side, On up side coffee was good. When we left they just brought out eggs.

Beds were very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Room was very spacious. Our room faced the freeway and we were afraid it would be loud, but we couldn’t hear inside the room.

Seemed like the receptionist was running the whole place, so she wasn’t at the desk a lot. Poor girl. Breakfast was not good and nobody was available to refill missing items.

Beds were comfortable, floors/carpets were filthy, and socks were black immediately. So more attention on deep cleaning floors. Had issues with Tv and remote that we couldn't figure out and neither could staff. Everything else was wonderful. We would stay here again.

I came to Springfield the night before surgery at Cox, so cleanliness was my top priority. Very clean. Beds were super comfy!

The AC would only go as low as 65 in our room. I understand they don't want people messing with the temps too much. But I had 2 menopausal women with me that really could have used a cooler night's sleep. 🤣

The quality of the room was far better than expected. The service was very friendly, and they did a great job keeping everything clean.

Breakfast selection could've been better. Also, the door locks are slightly out dated, and the card took quite a few tries to unlock the mechanism.

Not a dislike maybe a sugestion. I spilt some tea. I hated using your pretty white wash rags maybe leave a couple of rags for people to clean their messes.

Very nice accommodations for the price and safe area. We really enjoyed meeting Chris the front desk clerk. He was so friendly, helpful and had a great sense of humor! Would definitely stay again!

Not a big deal but may need to lengthen curtains a little bit so light is not coming through at night. People couldn’t see in though, so still safe.

When I checked in your front desk clerk was very curt. To the point of being dismissive. I felt like I was bothering him just being there, just being a customer. I had booked online through a third party and he stated that he didn't trust those services. I have an over 800 credit rating. He stated my card was declined (I've had this credit card account for over 20 years). I gave him a different card and it completed the transaction. However, the manner in which this process was conducted seemed very, very "sketch" to me. Is this the best you can do as far as customer service? I don't like staying in a hotel that has management that refuses to treat their customers professionally and with respect.

Beds may have been a little soft

The attendant at check in wasn’t to helpful when the booking.com reservation was screwed up she said that her info showed we were to pay on arrival when booking.com had already takin our money thru PayPal.

It is totally renovated old motel. When I saw the building I was very disappointed (my husband booked the hotel), but when we opened the door I was shocked - everything was new!!! Very nice surprise!! Also was close to the places we visited. The lady at the front desk was very nice!!! The breakfast area is very nice and clean, too.
