The staff and the facility are and have always been great. That's why we stayed there on a frequent basis. My wife and I own medical offices in Tulsa and Springfield and it's a great place to stay the night that doesn't feel like a gross hotel.

Unfortunately, we will not be coming back after we were informed that my driver's license says I reside in Springfield I'm required to put down a deposit equal to a night's rate making total in excess of $400.00. We have stayed there many nights before, our booking address is in Tulsa and I have OK plates on my car. The manager didn't care, she wanted her $200 deposit. I informed her that we would not be staying with them again and she could have cared less. We are 44 and 51, don't think we were going be ripping out the walls. Great business model Mainstay!

The unit we stayed at seemed like it was just painted. Very clean, king bed was moderate firm ( I prefer soft). We slept well. The shower was nice and the room temperature was easily controlled. Over all I was very happy. I had booked an AirBnb that we didn't end up staying at for more than 20 minutes. After that we got a hotel that was moderate at best. this place really shined on the third night and we stayed the rest of the week! I won't waste my time again and will just stay here when visiting my parents.

The air conditioning is a little loud. Although I loved the sink the LED mirror light can make skin look a little cold ( not really a game breaker). The TV was okay. I really wish there was a little couch rather than two chairs ( also no big deal) that's it really nothing bad to say about the place. This survey asked if it was a "romantic place" It's quite, the bed doesn't squeak, but it's not like an ocean view or anything. If you love each other any place can be a romantic place. once last thing. The bathroom door is tight to the toilet in the unit we had. I imagine if your a larger person this might cause you some cursing. We did fine:)

The room was well laid out with distinct areas for kitchen, dining, lounging, sleeping, closet, and bathroom. The towels and bedding were all good quality.

I didn't realize the beds were full size rather than queen. Luckily there were only two of us, so we were able to adjust easily. Also, I wish the curtain on the window by the front door would have been a blackout curtain to block out the outside light at night.

The spacious room accommodated all our family that was coming in town for a college visit. Loved the upstairs and downstairs. It was the best lodging we could have asked for and at such a great rate! The office was amazing! Staff pleasant and helpful and ran us more coffee when we ran out!

Nothing. We had a great stay and will use this location every time we return to Springfield!

This is the second time we stayed. It’s a very nice place. The staff is nice and everything is clean. It’s a good location we’ll be staying there again next year.

There wasn’t anything worth mentioning.

It was so much more than I expected. It was cozy, big, plenty of room, bed was so comfy and lots of pillows. Kitchenette was perfect for the space and bathroom, closet and space were so perfect. Definitely much more than I was expecting and loved it so much. It was like entering this big suite.

The place was very inviting. The bed was very comfortable and had just the right number of pillows for me.

There was no wastebasket in the bathroom. The only one I found was in the kitchen, where there was a dirty diaper from the previous traveler.

Loved that there were 2 king beds & 2 bathrooms. Great for large families to be able to stay together in one place.

The pull out couch was pretty outdated and a little dirty. Rust stains one the mattress pad. The floors were a little dirty and sticky in areas.

Clean property. Great space for traveling with family. Comfortable beds

It would be nice to have extra chairs. We traveled with 3 people, and there was only a two-person couch to watch TV and 2 chairs to eat at the table. Could use a rug to cut down on noise.
