We had a amazing stay. The staff were super kind, helpful and informative. The Lodge itself was directly across the street from the Bass Pro Shop and Wildlife of Wonders Museum and Aquarium, which is why we came to Springfield. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh, hot, with a good selection of choices.

It would have been very helpful to have a microwave in the room. It did have a refrigerator. Also maybe better breakfast meat selection other then just pork. There was a type of turkey bacon if you asked for it...but it was awful. But rest of the breakfast was VERY GOOD.

The staff was very friendly and went over and above to help us with parking. When we got back to the hotel there were no parking places in the hotel parking lot, we really did not want to park across the street, we were going to park along a curb that was out of the way and the young gentleman working after midnight, maybe he was security, moved his car across the street and gave us his parking place. Breakfast was good, with plenty of options!!

Not enough parking. Vending machines were too high priced. 3.00 for a very small bag of chips was too much

Loved the decor of the lodge! The Christmas decorations were beautiful! The hotel itself was very nice! The beds were comfortable. Rooms were nice and very clean! I left home without shower essentials and the room had just what I needed! Staff were very friendly! Conveniently located to a lot of local places!! The wildlife museum is right across the road and it’s beautiful at Christmas!!! I will stay here again and I highly recommend to anyone!!!

Lovely property, helpful staff, great facilities, very clean.

Not the property’s issue, for me personally, there wasn’t enough going on around. We arrived around 7pm and other than the usual takeaway outlets, there was nowhere to eat. The Bass shop across the road does have a lovely, laid back restaurant but it closes around 8ish. Plenty places within driving distance, it’s just personal preference really :-)

Beautiful property, room is a little small, but clean and comfy. The location is perfect, close to so many restaurants and of course the aquarium. If you purchase tickets through the front desk you get a discount. We found this out too late though.

We are a family of 4, and it was pretty tight in the rooms, but doable. The coffee is pretty poor as well.

The rooms were very clean and the Lodge left gummy candy for the kids in our group which was a nice added touch.

The lobby, rooms, and breakfast Cafe are all a lot smaller than the pictures look. Which made for some chaos during breakfast. People were standing around waiting for tables to open up so then you felt rushed. There isn't a microwave in the room. They don't have drink vending machines that take cards.

As usual the stay was amazing! Upon check-in Blake was amazing he remembered my family and I and even asked about where Frank was (My puppy that usually travels with me). Frank didn't make the trip this time. I just think it was amazingly awesome that the staff always remembers and is always so helpful and nice.

the booking app is trying to charge $999 for the same hotel room that's usually $166.41

This was a great hotel! The staff was friendly the entire time - from the phone call I made before booking to the time I checked out of the room. Very clean and even the hallways smelled good! The bed was super comfortable and we loved the Gummi Worms!

The only thing that I could complain about was the swimming pool. The area around was very clean but there seemed to be a lot of hairballs floating in the water.

This was a beautiful location, we greatly enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and plenty of options. The staff was amazing, everyone was so pleasant and helpful, they went above and beyond!

I’d say the pool area can be a bit more private, but it might be this way due to safety reasons.

Gummy worms were left as welcome gift and that was a very nice touch. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast in the morning, while very cramped, food choices were great and hot. Pool area was of nice size.

The hot tub jets were very high pressure making the bubbles go higher than our heads. The price for our stay was higher than expected. If you pay by debit card, there is a $50 deposit.
