The location was right off the highway but was very quiet. The room we had was very interesting...but we liked it because it seemed bigger than normal. The room had what seems to be a cut-out room from the original room. Hard to explain, you have to see it to believe it.

The hotel had many people smoking at every entrance which might only have been a problem for our stay. Maybe forcing smokers to smoke away from the entrance could be enforced better.

I liked the pool and the hot tub.. the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable and clean as well. The breakfast was good lots of different options to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hot tub was nice to relax in. The pool was also nice... was not too cold, just right.

We had someone below us make noise complaint saying they could hear our TV through the floor, which our TV was not even up loud, so that was annoying. That was not the hotels fault that someone else did that. Was still annoying. We had kids with us, so it made us feel like if we moved wrong that the people would be calling complaining again about noise. So that was frustrating. I also wished they had towels down by the pool, and hot tubs would be more convenient for those swimming. But other than that, it was an amazing time and stay.

The staff were so incredibly helpful, we had an injured family member and they helped us with all our luggage to the airport and even helped bring it inside since the luggage carts weren't big enough at the airport. Very comfy rooms.

Minor issues but the waffle makers probably need to be replaced because mine was a little undercooked. Needed a bit more hazard signs because the carpeted area right before the elevators was wet so when you'd step off you had to be careful or you'd slip (just a temporary thing during our first day). Would like to see prices in the sundry shop .

I loved the location and SOME of the staff were really sweet and loved getting to know our fur baby with treats! Super clean room!

The bed was not the comfiest i felt like i was on a water bed if my husband or i moved the whole bed moved. As well and one girl who checked us in was not very nice maybe a bad day. The others were really sweet though!

Breakfast was great; room was good; staff was excellent. Location was what we needed. It was a quiet stay. Since our reservation was extremely last minute, it was a good stay.

Two luggage racks would have been helpful. The tub was difficult to get into and out of plus was slippery when using it.

I wish I could remember the name of the lady that checked us in and picked us up at the airport when we dropped off our rental car. She was great- very friendly and very helpful with good suggestions to make our travel easier. All the staff we dealt with were very good.

The room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property was easy to get to and no issue with parking. I liked that there was a good variety for breakfast.

The pool water did smell funny. I didn’t notice while in the pool but when we got back to the room I noticed all of our bathing suits smelled like really dirty water. I’m not talking about the normal chlorine smell they actually stink 😞

The staff and customer service is outstanding. Super friendly and welcoming/. Me my expectations on getting me the room I wanted and will come back again

The air conditioner in the room blows right on the bed and is really, really loud. Also I realize they are doing upgrades but opened my curtains to have construction parking outside my window and totally blocking my view

We flew into the Springfield airport at 1 in the morning, was very nice that they offered shuttle service to the hotel at that time in the morning. Rooms were clean and quiet; breakfast was very good the next morning.

Would have liked to have a few bottles of water in the room.

My wife and I stay at this hotel two to three times each year. We visit our daughter and her family in Ohio and LaQuinta at Springfield is our stopping point on the way home to Oklahoma. We like the location, the room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly, but it is an older hotel and the cost is pretty steep compared to some of the other hotels that are newer and even cheaper. Plus, the hotel tax in Springfield is a whopping $25.00+. It's a nice hotel and perhaps showing a bit of it's age and I believe about $40 overpriced.

I felt the cost was a little steep = $195 with hotel tax
