The staff was great, room was a smoking room,(they could spay a bit more it was a bit stale in the room) but I smoke and its nice to be able to do so with out running outside every time. The room was clean and comfort was great. We are longarm and embroidery machine owners so the trip was to pick up fabrics and patterns and information. Still a great time to relax and enjoy the room while we were there.

We enjoyed the entire stay. We ate breakfast one morning, it was okay.

From the staff to the room this place was very clean. I was pleasantly surprised about all the amenities in the room. Refrigerator. , microwave, plenty of channels on the TV, Ironing board, iron, hair dryer. coffee pot, writing desk and more. Black out curtains, plenty of lighting. Just a very nice place to stay for a few evenings and a very pleasant experience I had. The A/C worked great. The pillows I wanted to keep. I meant to ask them where they got them, better than any pillow i have ever had a hotel or motel. I would and will without a doubt stay there again. I am from Springfield originally and know the area and this is a good area to be in. So close to everything.

It was low on hot water for a bath.

The Hotel is easy to find. It's not new, but it seems well maintained. We booked through Booking.com and got a good price. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating! The rooms have Microwaves and a Mini fridge which was very handy!

The only thing I could even find to complain about were the pillows! Those were so uncomfortable! But, I'll just bring my own next time! Haha!

Nice and clean hotel. I can't say enough about the comfortable beds. I have stayed here before and was really looking forward to the bed. Location convenient to everywhere I needed to go. Good shower pressure. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Safe neighborhood. Plenty of restaurant choices close.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The breakfast was fine. All I needed to get going for the days travel. The cleanliness for the price was really nice. We had all the amenities we needed.

The return stay was good. We had a different room that was a bit more worn, though clean. We still had a nice rest and we were ready to get on the road again.

Mike, the manager was amazing. He worked out a deal with us. He was very informative. Tony who worked on the buffet was just amazing. You could tell she really loved her job. It was absolutely spotless.

We did book at the last minute, so there was just a king available with a fold out couch that was super uncomfortable. Not the staffs fault though.

I loved the location and how friendly the staff was. They made us feel at home and always had a smile on their face. Would ask us how our day was. If there was anything we needed. And always remembered conversations we had.

Everything was perfect! Will be staying again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and smelled great. The bed was comfortable. It even had a mattress topper. The shower had great water pressure, and I loved the feature where I could control the temperature.

Kids running above us, but that was not the hotels fault lol.

The breakfast was fabulous. The pool was super nice and clean. The staff was nice and was willing to always help with questions or provide extra towels, ect. The facility itself was super nice, especially for the great price!

The rooms had a weird smell at first, similar to a cigarette smell even though it was a non smoking room. On the last night the air conditioner was not working well in one of the rooms so it did get pretty hot.

The staff worked with me when I had reservations at another hotel when I thought it was this hotel. And honored the discount that I had online. Will definitely stay here again. House keeping staff was very polite and courtesy. The lady that did the breakfast was a very sweet lady.
