The rooms were very clean and the staff is super friendly at this location. Stephanie is very professional and takes a lot of pride in this place! Neko is also a great front desk person! Super friendly and always had a smile. I’ll definitely be back!

I loved the area. It was close to everything. They had a beautiful carriage house pool. We will b staying here next year.

It was easy to get to and the beds were comfy.

Something was up with the outlets they wouldn't charge my phone more than 80%. I know it wasn't my charger because when I got home and plugged in my phone it charged right up.

Everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful, the room and the bldgs, and parking lot were all very clean. It was very quiet and comfortable, comfortable enough to get a good nights sleep. I really like the fact that you still have smoking rooms, I have been smoking for 42 years and do not care to have to go outside to smoke it is nice to have all the comforts of home. The breakfast was great both mornings.

I think after so many times of staying or after so many days we should get a free or reduced rate for our room, I have gotten to where when I am in Springfield I only stay at Econolodge as does my 81 year old dad. No one else compares in the care and cleanliness and friendly and just overall experience but you guys are a little on the pricey side. After staying there as many times as we have stayed there at that specific hotel(me and the clerk even joke about 260 being my room) I think $200.00 is too high, I could probably come more if it was around 60 to 65 a night instead of 100
