The hotel is very well-decorated, clean and located within easy access of the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free shuttle.

During the night there were several times when there were doors slamming and somewhere above us there was banging. It was difficult to sleep. The restaurant food and service were great, but we found it very expensive.

I got caught in the horrendous traffic pile-up on EB I-40 west of Joplin, MO on Sunday 1/15/2024. I was stuck there for over 11 hours and badly missed my scheduled check-in at your hotel. The night clerk was kind enough to check me in at 0300 when I finally got to your hotel. She assigned me to a room far away from everybody else so I could catch up on sleep. I did not catch her name, but she went above and beyond any requirements for her job. I'll be back one day because of her. --Tom

Our room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable.

Paying for parking is ridiculous. $7 per day for a person that’s staying on property is an extremely bad idea from corporate. That should be a perk for guests. You already aren’t serving a complimentary breakfast, so you are asking for more money? I think not.

The location was good and we ate breakfast elsewhere

I told the front desk that I had already paid for my room through Priceline and they still sent a pending charge to my bank for $140. I went to the front desk to tell them. She said she would write a note for the morning people to take care of it. When I inquired at the desk the next morning the lady didn't know anything about it. She said she would take care of it and I would not be charged again. I received an email saying I had $0 balance and the correct original amount was listed. It is still pending with my bank so I assume the $140 charge will not go through. I just don't understand why the hotel didn't listen to me the first time and why they had no record that I had paid Priceline.

I stayed at two other hotels during my vacation that were a total disappointment. Both were dirty, moldy and felt unsafe. I was so happy to discover your hotel delivered as stated. It was clean, safe and comfortable. I will definitely rebook at a Courtyard Marriott.

Shuttle staff were great! Really informative & friendly. The bedroom was lovely and so clean. Breakfast was nice.

My main issue was that I tried to contact the hotel at least 3 times before our visit. This was to find out how the shuttle worked and if we needed to book from the airport to the hotel before we got there. No response at all. Just put added pressure onto the end of a very long journey!

Location

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The shower looks like it needs to be replaced, very outdated, and breaking down. Had a bus come in at 9:30 pm with kids, who made a lot of noise in the hallway and jumped around in the room above us.

location was fine. The breakfast was ok, but I think you should have a complimentary breakfast available. The little bistro was high priced and limited in it's selection.

Just the breakfast! Everything else was fine. The staff was nice and the room was clean. I did not like the fact that the room had no USB ports anywhere.

Our room was great. Very comfortable King Bed; nice hot shower. Would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers.

Was expecting a free breakfast since most all hotels have that now. There is a Bistro, but honestly it's very over priced. For $26.00 we got 2 breakfast burritos and water. Pretty pricey.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was immaculate. The room exceeded expectations. Would recommend to anyone.
