Huge room with double queen size beds, as well as a fold out couch. It was handicap equipped, which was great because I'm suffering from a fall on my left hip. It was great for me and my service dog. I really enjoyed the TV but the remote was having issues. I really enjoyed the breakfast and so did my dog.

The only thing I didn't like about the property was all the stomping upstairs. You could hear everything that was going on because it was very echo and loud and high ceilings. The egg and cheese omelette could've been better and it could've been more ingredients in it like ham, bacon or sausage. The breakfast was great. Otherwise my dog and I greatly enjoyed it. The only thing that I would change was the Receptionist. I believe she was the manager of the hotel. She was just kind of snotty snobby, and she was the only person to check in when there was a long line of people waiting

Staff was wonderful, especially the lady in the evening when we checked in, and breakfast server.

The first room we were in was too warm. The temperature was set at 72°, so I turned it down to 70°, but after some time, it still didn't cool off, so I tried 68°, but still nothing. Turned it down to 64° after 3 hours of waiting for some relief, and it finally started to put out some cool air, but quit within a few minutes. I called the front desk after 3 AM and they kindly moved us to a different room. The AC/heat unit worked fine in the new room.

We really enjoyed our stay our room was very nice clean and big. It was also very quiet the room was in the perfect spot minus the occasion slamming doors and kids running up and down the Halls it was still a nice day very quiet

The description of the room said one or two things that were not in the room. The bed frame is very squeaky and wish there was a sign on the exit door telling people not to slam the door especially in the middle of the night

Convenient location and clean , the pillows on the bed were great , lots of them and soft and cuddly! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and was always replenished when things got low!

The hot tub was not hot water it was cool water and at times it felt cold. The water in the shower had minimal water pressure. The toilet didn’t flush well unless you held the handle down for some minutes.

Great hotel. Great staff; very friendly and very helpful. Room was big and comfy. TV was nice. Needs a hand-held shower head so people can use less water and actually rinse the soap off. Coffee was good and breakfast was much appreciated.

The only bad thing was the grout around the bathtub..........kinda scary looking. But I only took a shower. Needs a hand held shower head. Had to unplug the AC/heater to keep it from coming on all night.

Easy access and close to restaurants for dinner. The desk person, ( can’t recall her first name, but last was Watts) was super friendly and helpful. Nice to meet people who aren’t “just to busy” to help. She was great!!!

Only a couple things.. 1) the cleaning staff left SOMEONE’s hair all over the bathroom. 2) probably time to replace the mattress’s.. not very comfortable.

We had booked a king room. But decided on a two queen room. Our receptionist was able to change our booking, and was a very pleasant person. We did not have to wait long. Even though we were there in the late morning to check in. She was full of smiles, and a great personality.

Umm, the people above us. Running around late at night. Jumping on the floor.. ( sounded like that). The bathroom vents could use a dusting.

Room was very comfortable and roomy. Bed very comfy, shower clean. Frig was ok but no freezer. Breakfast good with scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and other regular stuff. I wasnt pleased with fitness room, tho. Several of the machines weren't working. Otherwise, overall a very nice stay. Will stay again.

Fitness room wasnt great. Wouldve been nice to have fresh fruit at breakfast.

Very large, clean room that was well furnished. Bed was very comfortable and bed and bath linens were a good quality. Fridge and microwave and in room coffee pot. Room was very quiet.

Room decor was a bit dated. Only one, very small, very slow elevator. This hotel still uses tiny, jndividual body wases, shampoos, etc rather than refillable large dispencers in the shower.

All was ok with the hotel except for the parking. I didn’t know there was construction going on at the time of our stay. The parking lot was full of construction equipment and was half blocked off. As a result, there was limited parking especially for handicapped spaces. I am sure it will be better at a later date.
