I really liked that I was early to check in, yet the staff was warm and welcoming. I felt comfortable enough to enjoy some time at the lounge area. I also like the kitchen is and room service is available and look forward to enjoying more my next visit

I did not like there was not a pool or steam room. finding parking was a bit if a challenge as well, but the parking garage wasn't too far.

The hotel was fine for our purposes ( visiting a medical clinic) but expensive ; lobby OK, parking lot is small but we were able to find the last spots ( can access adjacent parking builidng with a walkway that we did not have to use and are reimbursed); rooms were very nice and clean, restaurant has a very good breakfast buffet and is on 20th floor so nice view of industrail Billings. Ate across the street , also, at Walkers - very nice.

Parking lot is small - glad I did not have to go into the parking building at night alone.

The location was great and the view of downtown was nice. The fresh cookie at checkin was nice, Shower was nice pressure and hot.

It was good overall, but for a doubletree Hilton, It could have been better, The lobby smelled and wasn't that inviting, the air-conditioning was old school and was loud in the middle of the night. Cheap toilet paper. and $3 daisani water that costs .25 is pretty ridiculous.

It's a great location downtown. The parking garage is attached so you can stay out of the weather.

For the first time, I had to ask for one of their delicious cookies!

It was all good - the shower had trouble draining but that was the only real issue

The shower would not drain well so one stands in ankle deep water

Need to upgrade the facility. Felt like a hotel from 1998.

Rooms are starting to show their age, but prices, even in the off season are still among the highest in town.

Location was fantastic

Our king room wasn’t ready so we were given a queen room which was spacious and very comfortable. And also a $40 credit which we used toward dinner in the hotel restaurant. Our meals were delicious! And the view and sunset from the 20th floor were beautiful. We were surprised that the breakfast staff didn’t wear masks when everyone else on the hotel wore masks. That was disconcerting. Otherwise our stay was excellent!

All staff should be wearing masks. None of the breakfast staff wore masks.
