The front desk lady was very nice and helpful ! I left my phone at the front desk and she immediately called the room and got it back to me. I had been traveling for over 12 hours so I felt like she saved the day!

We wished the pool was open later so maybe we could have used it.

Young woman checking me in was a bit different. I was lectured on having a pet and a stern warning about any illegal activities in my room. Stayed in hundreds of motels never been lectured like I was a criminal before when I was standing there with my family. Morning staff was amazing and friendly.

The staff is always friendly, especially to our kids. the hot tub and pool are always a great temp and we enjoy staying here.

This goes with every Hotel, but sound proof rooms. It is hard to sleep in when you have people, kids, etc, running up and down halls screaming or talking.

I went to the Comfort after having a terrible customer service experience at another hotel in Billings. I was treated like family when I walked in and was made to feel comfortable in the hotel.

There wasn't anything I didn't like at this hotel. I'd definitely stay here again.

Overall the room was great, it fit us all comfortably. The staff was welcoming and let us know everything we needed.

We stayed multi days and ran out of trash bags and towels, could never get any news ones.

We got in very late on a long road trip, the night manager and staff were fabulous. Even offered to leave breakfast out if we planned to head out before it started. Anything we asked for we got. The room was great for a family of five. Great value, friendly people, clean room.

The suite was spacious and clean; staff were pleasant. The location is fine.

The breakfast could have been better, especially the eggs. There was a bit of grunge around the shower doors at the floor.

Maybe extend breakfast time by half an hour? A bit hard to get there before 9 with families and kids

They ran out of alot things during breakfast. Always had to constantly ask for forks or orange juice. Also, they need to do a garbage and towel check every day. We had a ton of garbage by time we left and had to go get more washclothes.

Great stay! Staff were super friendly. Hot tub was perfect. Very clean facility.

Breakfast seemed a little dry but the cook was extremely friendly and helpful. She actually took my plate to the trash... that was definitely a first.
