The staff were fantastic and very kind. They went above and beyond to help us even though they were understaffed at the time. The staff made this experience significantly better. The room itself was decently clean as well.

For the price I wouldn't stay again. The listing was slightly misleading on what quality we were getting, showing images of the north complex only and not the south one we stayed in, which was more run down.

At this price this is the best motel in Billings. Clean and comfortable bed, free wi-fi, guest laundry, vending, cable TV, microwave available to use at the office. Excellent service by staff especially Andy manager very friendly and accommodating. Wil stay again.

No fridge in room. Little run down property but otherwise fine.

Basic place to stay 1-2 night. The room was clean but they need to repair the shower. The staff was kind as we mentioned there is not enough pillow and towel they replaced these.

Needs more repair, in summertime the broken window was not a big problem for us.

Were able to assist us in a time of emergency with no notice of arrival.

Some aging issues that are showing. Some of it could be dealt with if it was attended to on a daily basis.

The general manager, Lori, was very welcoming and helpful when we checked in. She answered questions I had about the area and gave some great suggestions for what to do in the Black Hills.

The breakfast was disappointing and not what we expected. We found little to eat that was part of the breakfast offerings. Other food/drink was available to buy but more choices should be provided without having to buy food/drink to round out the meal.

Anthony & Rosa are just exceptional!!! THEY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY TO ACCOMMODATE US! There the reason we keep coming back to this location, they both should get a healthy raise! They work sooo hard! All staff are very friendly & care about guedt too! Shelia I'm sure I missed spelled her name but kudos to her as well she was exceptional too!

Some of the beds need to.be replaced, in some rooms sink was clogged & some had water pressure issues!

I had an ajoining door and the other room kept knocking on it and trying to get in the room

I liked staying here. No body bothered you at all but if you needed anything the staff was attentive and nice. There was an incident we over heard were there was a guy that tried grabbing at another Guest and the manager or staff not sure which he was but he addressed it right away and quickly and made sure the weirdo was gone. I was very happy w how he dealt w it.

There was alot of trash around the parking lot. The showers in the room operate oddly and are super small it's almost impossible not to let water escape the curtain and end up soaking the floor.
