I did enjoy my stay at the Sleep Inn in Billings, MT. I have no complaints. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I am glad the WIFI was free. That is always nice. I would recommend it to others.

I don't have any complaints. However, there was a disturbance in the middle of the night that woke me up. The police were called and it was handled. I know it was not the motel's fault so I have no complaint about that. I would still recommend this motel.

The breakfast room was out of bagels, the lady at the front desk found some so I could have the breakfast I wanted. I had my dog with me. The staff made sure I had a room near the exit and on the ground floor,so she could get outside.

The front desk service was great, but the lady who prepares breakfast was very rude. On my second day there I was preparing coffee and she came to prepare her coffee and was reaching over my cup to grab creamer and all but pushed me out of the way. She also told us that she didn't have any more breakfast sausage in the freezer and we should only take 1 or 2 before another guest came in and filled a bowl and didn't tell him anything.

Everything was delightful. Modern, clean, quiet, excellent WiFi, ample breakfast options (included), and a welcome laundry facility (not included). I was very pleased with the accommodations.
