Staff was helpful when we showed up and my on-line booking was not for the right date. (They said this was not an unusual error for Booking.com). Room was small, but adequate. Included breakfast had both hot and cold choices. Fresh fruit, including fresh ripe strawberries was provided.

The confusion over the on-line booking was stressful. I tried to change the date on-line and my rate increased almost $20.00. Calling the Booking.com customer service number only gave me a recorded message trying to sell me some product. Staff at the motel made sure my new booking was cancelled without penalty and I booked directly with the motel. The cost was still about $15.00 higher than what I had originally had.

We were happy with the morning staff person that was able to share with us some biscuits and Gravey that was already being put away.. But our Early Medical procedure made us miss it , when we came back to room we were hungry! She’s was very kind! Older woman 😍

Didn’t like The surprise of our pet stay fee jumped’ after we had booked it week prior from $15 to $25 for our little shoebox size pup. Seemed like a “Gotcha ‘ Moment!! “. Felt sneaky, Jesus!

I have been repeatedly impressed regarding the staff. They are all very hard working, and each one will go out of their way to kindly greet you whenever I passed them by. The breakfasts were ample and there was never a wait for coffee.

The constant doors slamming. The upside of that said, at least you know your door is locked.

The Staff is exceptionally hard working and care about the job they take seriously. And they are all very kind and work hard to help you should you need assistance with anything. I recommend this location because the rooms are clean, the staff is very hardworking and there is always hot warm coffee and comfortable clean beds.

The doors all slam shut so loudly and when your neighbors and their friends are going in and out repeatedly in an hour, without trying to prevent the slam, it prevents working from the room.

The staff is outstanding and very kind.

The doors slamming loudly by my neighbor and a constant stream of people revolving in and out again, slamming the door~ many times an hour and at all hours of the day and night. There is also a constant smoking issue despite that the cigarettes are thrown out the window. Frustrating

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Got us an extra set of towels we needed. In the morning, we left before the breakfast time, but we were able to still go in to the breakfast room and get coffee and a couple breakfast items to take along in the car. The beds were comfortable and the room seemed very clean.

Our orginal room we booked was not ready- as the bed and the bathrooms had not been cleaned or made up for a new guest. We had a great reponse from the evening manager/staff fellow. He responded immediately and found another room for us on the same ground floor not far from our original room. It was fine- a ready to check in room. We just had to move our luggage down the hall to the new room.

Just the first room when we checked in was not ready- unmade bed, not a clean bathroom or trashes not empited. It appeared the housekeeping staff did not have the room ready, even though it appeard so for the manager who assigned us that room. He quickly found us another room. He mentioned the facility was having house keeping issues at times. It all worked out and we appreciated the quick reponse.

Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. It was quiet at night, so we were able to sleep.

The bathroom floor was not totally clean, and the eggs for breakfast were not available when we got to the breakfast room. The handicap parking was in a strange place and not very many stalls.

Our first stay on the way to Washington was great. We booked on way home because of that. Got up in the morning to take a shower and found a used shampoo bottle and used bar of soap in the shower. So I told the gentleman at front desk he says OH that’s strange but did nothing. That’s my only complaint
