Stayed here for a night on the way home from yellowstone because it was getting too late to find a campsite. Billings is kinda sketch in many areas, so we appreciated the security measures the excellent staff used. Close proximity to fast food restaurants, if you are looking for a quick meal. Comfortable, clean and modern, and the basic kitchen was super nice to have in-room. Just remember to bring all kitchen things- including things for washing dishes.

Just that we couldn't stay longer!

While this hotel was clearly designed to be inexpensive, it was more than adequate for my needs! Especially as a traveler with a cat in tow, there was no good place for the cat to hide. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well cared-for. I might not pick this hotel as a vacation spot, but as a stopover on my travels, it was perfect.

Easy check in. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean.

It needs to be updated, I don't think the owners have but any money into its upkeep.

If you are aware that this brand is the Motel 6 of Long Term Stay hotels, and you go in not expecting too much, then you will not be disappointed by this brand. It is a 'no-frills, no extras' hotel. Most of the staff at this location was very friendly, helpful & accomodating, but the clerk at the desk the morning that we checked out was rude & argumentative.

Bed was very uncomfortable & we could hear all the exterior noises & interstate noise. Worst 2 nights of 'attempted' sleep ever! The shower & bathroom floor were very slick. Came close to cracking my skull a few times.

I am traveling with my dog. This was a terrific location. There were so many great places to walk him. Also really easy to navigate to parks and other places of interest. Staff were super friendly—special shout out to second-shift Karen. We talked dogs and made feel very welcome. Room was clean and comfortable.

Only one small issue. Had western facing room (very quiet!), but setting sun was uncomfortable. Window could use shade. Didn’t want to close heavy drapes—weather was lovely and wanted fresh air.

Staff and room cleanliness was spot on

The fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay. I understand the staff cannot control that but it was still very annoying. Nice to know I wouldn't die in my sleep in a fire.

Super clean, comfy beds, exceptional front desk evening staff.

Laundry girls need to watch their language when there’s guests in the lobby. My two year old grandson left there and repeated the f-bomb they were dropping.

Easy to find, clean, the room was spacious, if we were staying longer, the kitchen would have been a great feature.

I needed a softer mattress (not their fault) Breakfast was grab and go which I didn’t realize… probably because they had a kitchen which is wonderful.

What I was most impressed with was the staff, every one went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed.

There was nothing that was unpleasant with my stay.

Spotless clean

Room wasn’t ready at 3 pm or 5 pm. Eventually given a different room. No coffee pot in room, no extra toilet paper, poor breakfast set up, no ice machine. Crazy person approaching guests in parking lot.
