Very good customer service. When we went to checkout and resolve a payment problem, staff member AJ, had it completely resolved. He alone made my review go from unacceptable to very good. I assumed we would have to fight for the correct outcome, but AJ had already credited the duplicate room charge and completely fixed the problem. He also explained the 1:30 fire alarm and apologized for the inconvenience. His professionalism and courtesy should be noted by management.

Check in process was not good. Our room was prepaid, but the hotel information indicated we would pay at check in. My husband made the (duplicate) payment, but at a higher rate. We went to our room very upset. The handicap accessible room was located on the second floor (there is an elevator) , the toilet was almost impossible to use due to the location of the hand rail. The bed was too high to get it it easily.

They had employees "no show" for work on Saturday, the day we were checking in. Chris, the assistant manager, and the others who did come in to work were exhausted by 6:30 pm. But they were kind, considerate of our needs, our questions and requests. KUDOS 👏 to each of them.

That we were checked into a room that wasn't clean. I had to go down, we were on the 2nd floor, to the desk for the coffee maker, cups, and glasses. The room was not equipped with the basics.

The staff was very helpful. I love the kitchenette inside the room. It made it so effortless for making meals. The room was clean and cool from the ac. Thank you so much.

It would be nice to have a drop box for those checking out before the attendant arrives. Also, it would be nice to have coffee available for early risers. Maybe an instant coffee with a hot water pot. But, it's not a complaint as we had a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

Stayed here for a night on the way home from yellowstone because it was getting too late to find a campsite. Billings is kinda sketch in many areas, so we appreciated the security measures the excellent staff used. Close proximity to fast food restaurants, if you are looking for a quick meal. Comfortable, clean and modern, and the basic kitchen was super nice to have in-room. Just remember to bring all kitchen things- including things for washing dishes.

While this hotel was clearly designed to be inexpensive, it was more than adequate for my needs! Especially as a traveler with a cat in tow, there was no good place for the cat to hide. Everything was comfortable, clean, and well cared-for. I might not pick this hotel as a vacation spot, but as a stopover on my travels, it was perfect.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The TV worked well. The room had plenty of space. Lighting was good also.

This was advertised with breakfast but breakfast was not available other than coffee and a couple manufactured cupcakes.

Easy check in. The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean.

It needs to be updated, I don't think the owners have but any money into its upkeep.

The elevator was hard to get around with a luggage cart because boxes of renovation equipment were to the side of the elevator. Not a big issue. We managed to get around it.

Staff and room cleanliness was spot on

The fire alarm went off multiple times during my stay. I understand the staff cannot control that but it was still very annoying. Nice to know I wouldn't die in my sleep in a fire.

Super clean, comfy beds, exceptional front desk evening staff.

Laundry girls need to watch their language when there’s guests in the lobby. My two year old grandson left there and repeated the f-bomb they were dropping.
