I like the fact we were tucked away from the main hallway on the 1st floor...we also were right by the ice machine and that was great didn't have to search for it...also were right by the door so the husband could go outside when he needed since the hotel is non smoking which I love...

The location was a little way out of town which I like but if you want to walk any place a little of a walk to a couple restaurants..but what I was there for it was in the perfect location since I was only a couple of minutes from the hospital.. the bathroom was a little small

Resident of Helena but had to get surgery in Billings. I explained to the staff that I wasn’t going to be in and out and they offered so many services for me and accommodation. I was very happy with the breakfast, the biscuits and gravy and fluffy scrambled cheesy eggs. Was it diner quality? Mmm sorta. However it was great for me. My boyfriend would go downstairs in the mornings and would bring me orange juice and yogurt which were also very tasty. We had room 219 (2nd floor) we were right next to the ice machine (I could open my room door and I can touch the ice machine) being ill but having that and the vending machines next to us was great. I’m also a heavy sleeper so it didn’t bother me. The room was clean and no bed bugs. The sheets were nice and clean (I’d ask for another warm blanket or bring your own) otherwise it was as advertised; a decent hotel room with small comforts for a great price! Thank you to the staff for allowing me and my boyfriend a late check out and allowing us to add days to our stay if we needed. Thank you for being accommodating. And thanks for mentioning the bed bugs at Home2!!! The hospital told me that would be a great place to stay but they were going to charge me $500 for my stay! Plus bed bugs! lol I only paid $180 for my stay here and no bedbugs.

The staff members were very nice during both check-in and check-out. The property did not smell bad like other hotels I have stayed in. The room looked and smelled clean. The little handwritten note left by housekeeping was a nice touch! :) We felt very welcome.

Not the hotel’s fault by any means, but other people slamming their doors in the middle of the night, very early hours of the morning made it hard to stay asleep and I found myself waking up a few times. There were people walking by the windows late at night talking loudly and the noises from them slamming and locking their vehicle doors was a little hard to block out as we stayed on the first floor, so that is hopefully helpful info if you stay on the first floor.

Our room was huge!! Very clean, carpet was clean. Decorated was good. Our king bed felt ginormous. I loved the bathroom being behind a wall, doen a hall. Sheets smelled good. Breakfast was hot eggs, gravy (which i had and enjoyed). Also available was waffles, oatmeal, coffee car, biscuits, 3 different toasts, hardboiled eggs, and a coffee bar. Fruit was missing, however we were late to the party, it could have been used up.

Toilets need to be upgraded to accessible taller toilets. We are able bodied so we dont need a handicapped room, but being older has given us issues getting up off lower toilets. Especially without a handbar.

The room was modern, clean, and well-equipped for the class of hotel with a microwave oven, refrigerator, plenty of drawers, a desk with a task chair, a second chair, and a large, comfortable bed. We never tried the television, so we can only report that it was there. There was enough open space to park our bicycles without them being in the way. Breakfast was better than the norm with, working from memory here, eggs and bacon in addition to the usual economy motel fare like DIY waffles. I liked the western decor items on the walls of the breakfast room.

Only the door-slamming neighbors who woke us early. There wasn't much that the management could do about that, as they did it on their way out.

The location is such that there is ample parking. The room was clean and staff was very friendly. What I also liked about the property was that the floors did not have carpet hence much easy to keep clean. The breakfast was also very good and adequate and had options for everyone.

The property was very nice overall. My stay was comfortable, there wasn’t anything really to dislike. If visiting again, I would definitely stop by.

The people working in the hotel seemed happy to be there, and not pissed at you for booking a room so that was a nice change of pace! I know working in the hotel industry can be really hard/tiring for the housekeepers so it was nice to see them being taken care of and a clean hotel! Overall really quiet in the rooms which was AWESOME - especially the with a dog in tow

Little dated. Carpet/paint could use a refresh if the franchise owner wanted.

Close to the highway, so was able to get in and out. Just needed the one night, so didn't need any bells or whistles. The breakfast was decent.

Nothing against the hotel, but the other guests were banging around until all hours of the night, which I can't understand as most of the people I saw at breakfast were over 50.

The staff was amazing. When we arrived Lisa and Brittney had our rooms were already checked in and we were able to make it to our rooms immediately after a long day of travel. You could tell it was a busy night but they treated each group of guests like they were the only ones there. That attention to customer service is our reason to return if we go back to that part of Montana.

The staff are so awesome, kind, friendly, helpful, and respectful. The breakfast was delicious... The hot items were hot, the cold items were cold. The biscuits and gravy were SO good!! Tasted homemade.

The only negative is the pillows, but honestly all hotel pillows are terrible. The staff was so nice to give us extra pillows
