Very nice & clean. Staff very friendly & helpful. Food was great. I love that there was an option to call down for food if you didn’t want to leave the room. You didn’t hear much from other rooms which is great!

We passed the entry into the hotel, ended up having to turn in the parking lot that was right next to it. Location isn’t the best. Service in the mama Jo’s restaurant was a little toooo laid back. Luckily our waiter was attentive when she wasn’t busy in the back.

This was the most comfortable hotel bed I have stayed in and the couch in the King Suites was excellent. The value was incredible and we were treated so well. I have zero complaints and will stay there every time I come to Billings from now on. We rented three rooms for two nights for my grandson's birthday weekend. We were incredibly pleased.

There was nothing to complain about. It was far far beyond my expectation, especially for the price.

Pool was great. Staff were nice

Was supposed to have a courtyard view room, got an outer parking lot view. Refrigerator did not keep our food and drinks cool at all. Had a difficult time getting in and out of the facility with the construction blocking the entryway. None of the lamps were plugged in. We had to move the bed to plug lamps in. The charging ports were falling out of the lamp bases.

The food was really good. The bar had live music that was wonderful and the drinks were reasonably priced. The in-house coffee shop should be standard in all hotels. The staff was very helpful and the kids loved the slides. The room had more lighting than most and it was quite.

The room and hallways were a little dingy and could use some maintenance and cleaning. The facility appeared to have really good security, except most of it was not in working order. Things like locked exterior doors with a key pad were open.

Our stay at BHCC was great. The new carpet, the shower update and the door lock update made the room very appealing. The internet was open and crisp. The pool and waterslide were well-treated and fun. We appreciated that the HVAC didn't come on with each degree change. Just a steady fan. Our room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. We would stay here again!

To start, the beds were super comfortable, the room was spacious and beautiful. It had so many different options of food from room service. A casino, a poker room and even a full restaurant and coffee shop inside! So far, the Billings Hotel & Convention Center has been our best stay yet!

The pool was fun they have two slides and a jacuzzi. The beds were comfortable. They have a lounge and gambling area. We had a good time in the lounge. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean.

I wish the pool stayed open longer. It's only open until 10pm

Good location. Pool was excellent with spa and water slides. In house restaurant, lounge and casino kept us busy and entertained. Front desk and bartenders were top notch in making sure we had what we needed.

Nachos from room services could have been better. Less lights on the security car that circled the parking lot all night.

We were traveling cross country with a 5 year old. Great place to stay with kids. The pools were open late. They had an on site restaurant and bar and live music. The food was good and although checking in took a bit longer due to technical issues the staff were helpful and kind and gave us drink tokens for waiting so long. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and we appreciated that they were open till 10 since we checked in so late. We had Dinner in the restaurant, the food was good as was the service. The room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was great with the checking process and the rooms and pool were amazing.

The restaurant inside the motel needs improvement staff wise. The food was cold and they completely forgot my daughters meal after being reminded 30 minutes later the food still was not delivered nor was there an apology. We ordered 7 meals and 4 arrived first then 15 minutes later 2 more arrived and we never did receive my daughters meal. When we paid we made sure we were not charged but no apology or anything was offered. We would stay here again but we would not eat in the restaurant again.
