The room was old but very clean. It is also under new management and they are working hard to renovate and update the the rooms. The man at the front desk was very pleasant to talk with.

I thought the options for breakfast were great but I heated up the pancakes and when I opened them they were filled with mold. I think they need to be kept frozen not refrigerated. Everything in the eating area was clean. I understand that that area will eventually serve a hot breakfast. They have a beautiful atrium area that is also in the process of being renovated

Large clean quiet room, SUPER comfortable bed, good shower with great pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and a handy grab bar. Plenty of vanity space around the sink to set toiletries. Fast elevator, easy parking. Reasonable price compared with other area lodging. The large fruit bowl on the reception desk was a nice touch. The staff was terrific: Mary at check-in was very efficient and helpful, and Sheila at check-out was very cheerful and friendly.

Everything was great. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

This was the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while. Our room (king suite) was comfortable and had everything we needed. The king bed was comfortable, and I slept great. The sofa bed looked to be new, and my daughter had no issues sleeping on it. The room had 2 TVs, a mini, frig, a microwave, and a pod-type coffee maker with regular coffee, decaf coffee, and a selection of tea bags. There was also a tray of coffee condiments - sugar/sweeteners and creamer. Complimentary breakfast included various muffins, toast, bagels, a variety of cereals, juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, packaged fruit, milk, and coffee. The area was quiet after dark, and I had no concerns about safety. All of the staff we encountered was friendly, especially Mary, who was at the front desk when we checked in. I will definitely consider this hotel in the future when I am in Billings.

Not a dislike, just making a note that this hotel does not have pool or hot tub facilities. I knew this at booking and it was not important to my trip.

I was pleasantly surprised by the interior of the property. When I pulled in, the back of the hotel had an old section that I thought was still being used. I later found out it is slated to be leveled and a new tower will be built. Don't let exterior deter you from the hotel.

It is not in a great location, but it is right off the highway and there are restaurants not too far away. I wouldn't recommend walking at night but during the day seemed safe enough. The fitness room is not great so do not expect too much there.

We liked how spacious the room was, and it didn’t seem too busy guest wise which made us feel more secure. We stayed with our 5 year old, and we still had an area for everything we had packed. The noon check out really allowed us time to catch up on sleep.

I can’t really think of anything, it was kind of cold in our room upon check in but that was an easy fix.

The check in lady, Sheila, was awesome...quick, friendly, and efficient, and remembered our names when we returned from shopping...and allowed us an early check in. Room was clean and a good size, exactly what we requested. At this time we have not yet had the breakfast so cannot comment.

Not really a negative, but they had recently sold the property and there were renovations going on but they did not affect us...

We booked the family suite. It had two separate bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed, a bathroom, and a tv. There was also a central common room, which held two pull-out couches and a TV. If you have a Netflix account, you can access it directly by scanning an on-screen barcode with your phone scanning app. Breakfast was good and met the early day calorie needs of the most rambunctious child. The total capacity of the room, using both pull-out couches, was about 8 people, more if younger children can share as they would on a sleep-over. We paid under $US 250, so the value we received was unbelievable.

There is a water feature in the central corridor that makes the entrance smell slightly musty. That was my only negative comment

Responsive staff, clean room with comfy beds with clean sheets atop the conforters. Beautiful atrium lobby with waterfall feature, good breakfast with many choices, including the hard-boiled eggs we appreciate for my husband's diabetic diet.

Tub did not drain; retorted this in the morning to the desk attendant who immediately wrote it down as needing attention. Only one chair in the room. Prefer individual room AC units with customized choices to the "central air" provided; however, the room was nicely cooled and the fan noise was adequate for white noise.

Liked the location with easy access to the highway as we were on road trip. Friendly receptionist with efficient checkin. Fresh fruit. Liked the pony wall in the room between beds for increased privacy - excellent feature.

Fitness facility was too hot. Some weights were missing. (Maybe stolen?)

This was a clean and affordable place to stay on our cross-country family road trip. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The coffee maker was difficult to work. The breakfast options were a bit scant. The shower amenities seemed only fit for one guest.
