The bed was very comfortable. We took breakfast items to go and it looked like a real nice breakfast. I had a yogurt and a big yummy muffin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. After we were settled in, to our dismay there was a baby crying next door. We asked to be moved and the gal at the desk was so understanding and moved us to another room. We had a nice quiet restful sleep. Thank you!
As in most hotels, I would like to see the breakfast hours extended to at least 9:30. Also I could have gotten a better discount by using their medical discount, so I paid $10 more by using booking.com.

The person who checked me in went above and beyond everything. Wonderful person. Sorry, I don't remember the name. The breakfast was pretty good, regular continental. The person who made the breakfast was also very nice. There was a great Mediterranean restaurant in walking distant. Best Doner salad I had since I visited Berlin, Germany. The restaurant is called Spitz.
Some areas need to be updated. This was the first place where I was told , I cant get a receipt for my stay because I booked it through booking. I always get an invoice and I always book through booking.

Could use more variety of breakfast…eggs and potatoes.. was there 4 nights…breakfast the same on eggs and potatoes every other day! Overall good, though. Like the other choices each day! Maybe have French Toast, pancakes, baked egg casserole. All employees were friendly and Great! The guy that replenished the dining room was excellent! An asset to your hotel!! Hard worker… always busy!
The sausage could have been better! Maybe sour dough bread for toast, pancakes, crousants! I loved my pillow but my son likes a Gardena pillow! I told him to ask if you had a harder pillow… but he didn’t ask! NO NIGHTLIGHT IN BATHROOM! I don’t understand hotels not have a built in night light in the bathroom! All hotels are Guilty!

The room was clean and ready for us after a long day of driving. We were so tired when we got in and everything was really just as we needed it. Our pet was welcomed and we were all very comfortable. Staff was friendly and we did feel safe. We had our little dog with us. This was a pet friendly stay and we could not tell if animals had previously been there. That is not always the case.
I can't think of anything that could have been better.

Well located and easy to find in a nice area of town. Diner type eatery with nice food Only a couple of blocks away. Downtown a short drive and receptionist provided list of places to eat. Only a one nighter so not much more to say.
Rather grumpy woman looking the bfast needs to go on the customer care training. Surely doesn't require much to be pleasant while dishing out the cakes and topping up the coffee. Sadly it is almost our only memory of the hotel which is shame as the receptionist was most helpful.

Bed sheets -- super welcoming and cozy white and clean and COTTON. Most of all, hands down, was the staff's kindness and understanding and helpfulness. WIth a Lyft, with letting us leave our luggage, with helpful suggestions for local activities, etc etc etc. Staff simply treated us as a valued guests, almost like one would do in one's own home. THAT alone would be a definite reason for us to return and choose your facility over others in town.
The first room we had on the ground floor seemed a bit more run down than the second we had on the 4th. AND I sorely wish, most of all, that you provided some sort of -- ANY sort of -- standard airport shuttle or ride service! Billings seems devoid of much of ANYTHING like transportation for folks coming in from elsewhere, and when we were there, neither my Lyft nor my Uber phone apps worked consistently. One day, yes, the next day not at all!! SUPER stressful and annoying and unnecessary to have out of towners left to their own devices. Literally!!

The room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful.
There are never enough towels and never enough places to hang them when they are used. There were 4 of us in the room but only 3 sets of towels? And once we use them, where can we put them, esp if we intended to use them again? There are never enough towel bars to hang them on.

Breakfast was good.
The first room on the 13th smelt bad like a dog. I asked to be moved, the front desk person tried, but no room was available that evening. We were moved the next day, to a cleaner non smelly room, thank you. The lady sharing the room with me got bit by a flea in the dog smelling room. But all in all it was good.

The room was large, very clean and comfortable, with. all modern amenities. The staff was most helpful in making detailed inquiries on my half regarding travel over Bear Tooth Highway, which had been closed because of bad weather. The staff made excellent recommendations for restaurants, health facilities, and other local amenities. Overall, a very enjoyable - if short - stay.

Front desk pleasant and helpful. They were able to extend my stay when my husband needed to stay longer at the the hospital.Rooms clean and comfortable.
Dining area too small. The food was ok. Poor selection of breads and bagels. No doughnuts? A mom fixing waffles for her 4 kids with a line of people waiting. How about two waffle irons? The kitchen staff had a hard time keeping up with demand.
