Although this property is in downtown Billings, it was very easy to find. The check-in was straightforward and the parking was fine. I guess the parking lots might be considered a little tight, but by UK standards, they were fine and some pretty large vehicles seemed to have no problem. Be aware, though, there is a height restriction. The room was large, clean and well appointed. We very much appreciated the outdoor swimming pool after a long hot drive. Breakfast is not served in the hotel but by a voucher system in the bakery opposite. It could not be bettered. Overall this is a highly recommended place to stay with a range of eating options within easy walking distance.

The shower! It seems like a small thing but the rain style overhead shower was just wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and quiet.

The only bummer about our stay was that we were in town for my wife to have back surgery and she brought her own pillows which had very distinctive covers (both of them are in silk pillowcases) and after taking her to the hospital I returned to get our things and went straight back to the hospital. As it turned out she had to stay in the hospital overnight so I stayed with her. It wasn’t until we started to head home that we realized that the pillows were not with our things. We stopped back by the hotel to see if maybe housekeeping had taken them by accident. Unfortunately they weren’t reported as “found”. This made for a rather uncomfortable trip back home for my wife, but it’s certainly not the end of the world.

Room, comfortable and clean. It is an older hotel that is located right downtown which means the rooms are a bit smaller but have been remodeled to be so very comfortable. The breakfasts are fantastic. This hotel has a cafe/bakery onsite and free breakfast from a limited menu is included for every person in the rented room. If you desire something from the menu the "coupon" provides a 20% discount. The bakery is out of this world, The location can be a bit difficult to get to as there are numerous one way streets in the area. Not hard just have to pay attention. The plus side is the hotel is handy to many breweries and restaurants. Easy walking. Makes for a good place to stay to do a pub crawl.

Nothing at all

Although the outside appearance is bordering on run down our room was new and very clean . The location was excellent to walk to many local restaurants and breweries.

The pool was clean and very refreshing… it’s just very hard to find from certain parts of the property. Upon check in it would be nice to have it explained if in one of the rooms that’s not near it . The girl at the desk was great at explaining where to go and helpful with all answers. Breakfast is EXCELLENT!!

We got a breakfast voucher for the diner/bakery next door, which looked fantastic. We had a 6am flight so we couldn't use it, but were surprised to find that they'd pre-baked pastries (good bakery pastries, not your typical stale continental breakfast stuff) and kept them in the lobby for early check-outs. The free airport shuttle is very convenient and saved us $50 on Ubers. We fit 2 ski bags in the shuttle and carry-on baggage easily, and they weren't even using the bigger shuttle. The shuttle is available 24/7. The rooms were small but clean with nice bathrooms and clean showers. You can easily walk around downtown from the place.

The place seems a bit dingy from the outside, but is nicer than it looks. It was pretty expensive for such a small, basic room - close to $200 during our stay. There was a homeless guy shouting at people right outside the lobby doors.

The staff was great, I had issues with payment when checking in and had to rebook and end up paying a little more. The check in lady said that were going to adjust my rate to my original rate. I was really happy about that due to the inconvenience that I caused with the booking.

I didn't like the layout and where the pool was located, other than that the place was great to stay at. I wish I would of took the time to eat the free breakfast at Stella's, I heard it was delicious.

The hotel was clean and the covered parking a bonus. Love being able to walk downtown and easy access to restaurants.

There was nothing I did not like. Would have liked to have had housekeeping services but since requesting it was up to me, we did not. We headed out for the day and I forgot. Would be nice if it was an opt out not opt in. But truly excellent place to stay. Will be back.

It was a place to try to sleep

“Dog Friendly,” but my dogs thought the small bit of fake grass was carpet and they wouldn’t go on it!! We had to take them away from the motel for them to go!! Putting all the dogs near each other probably helps the hotel, but if one dog barks they all do. Hard to keep mine quiet. Not a good situation.

This is a great hotel. Right in the center of downtown Billings, there is free parking and it is an easy walk to restaurants and shops. We had a clean room, the staff was friendly, and there were extra bonuses like the breakfast at the restaurant next door and discounts at downtown restaurants. The room felt especially luxurious, spacious with nice furniture and a big bed.

Everything about this hotel was excellent.

The nice lady at the front upgraded us to a room with 2 beds since that it was We thought we booked. It is close to everything downtown. There are heated floors in the bathroom which is awesome and the best part is it comes with free breakfast from “Stella’s “ which is the best breakfast downtown.

The shower in the barhroom has 2 heads one waterfall and a regular one. The waterfall sprayed out of the base on the ceiling everywhere and did not work properly
