Price and location was very convenient. The Staff the booked me in were very nice. And I was able to get a taxi (lyft) to the airport.

After I booked in I was ask to make a deposit off $50:00 for miscellaneous to be returned at noon the day I checked out. This was not returned. I've since then being told it take up to too days. I gave it three days, still have not received it. Now the hotel is telling me they never took $50 only put a hold on it. I've a receipt for a charge of $50 on my revolut card from the hotel, but not returned to my account as of yet. Unless this is a mistake it can only be a scam. Watch out!

Rooms were upgraded, hardwood looking floors and everything was clean and nice.

Pool was out of service. The location wasn't great being next to refinery. At one point our co alarm went off because the air coming from outside smelled terrible. The wind blew the bad air away and it was fine. Also the hallways had a slight smell of smoke. some of the washing machine and dryers were out of order, but we still didn't have to wait for a washer or dryer.

The check in process was easy and accommodating for a late arrival. Also my room was quite large which was a welcome surprise. The staff was helpful and understanding.

There was an advertised breakfast but no breakfast was actually available. While my room was very spacious, my bed was extremely squeaky. That's just a minor complaint for a relatively wonderful stay.

Everything was accommodating, clean, fresh, nice place to stay. I booked for my friend away on a business trip, just gotta say Amazing!! Thank you

I love the large rooms, the bed is low enough for me to transfer into from my wheelchair, the handicapped parking is close to the entrance, my room is always close to the front desk.

I am unable to go into the bathroom in my room as i use a wheelchair and am a paraplegic and unable to walk, the door is not wide enough. the towels are in the bathroom so I am unable to use them.

Everything worked. Bed was comfortable. Art on the walls were cool

TV slightly complicated. Lighting dim during the day. Must open drapes to lousy view. Bright enough at night.

Great value, reasonably clean rooms, bed fairly comfortable, Paper thin walls and near the interstate were negatives.

No breakfast , but over all its great !

Surprisingly delicious restaurant on site. Perfect Pad Thai in Billings was a delightful surprise. Excellent value for the money conscious traveler.

the bed was low enough I can get in it. I am a paraplegic and am unable to use my legs at all. most modern hotels the bed is much to high and i am completely unable to get in the bad. which is highly annoying... props to vegas hotel!! there is a restraunt on the premises and i had a Hawaiian pizza 16" was delisious!!

the bathroom door is to small to get through with my wheelchair. the sink is outside the bathroom so I am able to clean up at the sink.
