I was traveling home and got to Billings late from the airport. The Rodeway is in a great location The room was clean and secure. . The price was the lowest available in the area. The hotel was well lighted and felt safe so lale at night. I did have to put down a hundred dollar cash deposit before I could rent the room which I got back in the morning after she inspected the room. I assume they have had some bad experiences before.

The staff was courteous, very friendly, and very helpful. Provided excellent opinions and went out of their way to help me. My thanks to the new management they’re doing a very wonderful job with this establishment. All the reviews from the past should be erased I was very much above and beyond appreciative of the staff and management. I was visiting a friend in the hospital and left my home in a hurry forgetting my wallet they put all the effort into making the reservation well worth the effort and I just can’t say enough good things about the new management team. I will definitely stay there from now on when I’m in Billings. Thank you again management and staff.

No complaints about any part of my experience and stay. Just wonderful people.

the staff collected me from the airport quickly and the desk agent was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and there were plenty of towels and pillows

The soft chair in the room was highly stained. It was not a chair I would sit in.

We booked this place because they had shuttle service, only to find out the shuttle only start at 7h00 in the morning, and we needed to be at the airport at 5h00, they just pulled up there shoulders

Charlie (female) working the desk when I checked in was friendly & very helpful & the shuttle driver/night desk worker was extremely pleasant & friendly at 4:45am

Everything was good except I couldn't get 4 days in a row. Not knowing when my son would be released from the hospital I had to go day by day. Therefore I had to change hotels.

Proximity to airport. Large, comfortable room. Friendliness of staff. It is an older motel in the process of being upgraded.

I never asked for a handicap bathroom but was given one when I showed up with my cane
