I chose this hotel because of the 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. It was VERY reliable! A few days before our trip, I emailed to ask for details and got a prompt response. We arrived after 11 pm and were promptly picked up after we phoned the hotel. We requested a return trip to the airport at 4:30 am, put our name on the list of the morning of our departure, and a driver was ready and waiting for us in the lobby at 4:20. Exceptional service!

For the complimentary coffee and tea in the morning: Please include a black tea option! Fortunately, I had my own.

Lovely historic hotel, comfortable and large, beautiful room, high quality everything. Lots of storage (something hard to find in many hotels) - dresser with multiple drawers, end tables, closet with shelves and hangers, desk, all the amenities. Counter space in the bathroom. Excellent secure Wi-Fi. Beautiful lobby and great restaurant and bar. Great location in downtown Billings near lots of restaurants and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great parking in a multi-story garage and elevator included. Loved it.

Located within walking distance to local restaurants and stores. Very friendly and helping staff. From the moment you walk you are greeted. Very clean and welcoming lobby area. Elevator was clean and swiftly took us up to the room. Rooms were very clean. Bernie’s is very slow but the breakfast was good. Jake’s, which is around the corner, is an excellent place to eat. Excellent food, prices and waitstaff. There was also a shuttle to and from the airport, which was about ten minutes away. We called from the airport and got picked up rather quickly and were transported to the airport when we left.

My only complaints are that the television could’ve been a little bigger and that there is no fan on the bathroom. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The attached restaurant was very very expensive. When we sat down, the two food items on the limited menu we wanted were not available so we just left.

The place was great. Clean. Very pretty interior. Breakfast joint in the hotel was great. Best Bloody Mary's I've ever had. I'd stay there again for sure.

Tried to get some appetizers and drinks in the evening before going to a concert. They were very nice but very understaffed to the point where a beer took over 30 minutes to arrive. I wouldn't rate the hotel negatively due to this issue. Staffing issues happen to a lot of businesses lately. I'd still stay here again but maybe ask them how busy they are before booking a table at that restaurant.

It’s a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and super helpful. We had made a special request and they went above and beyond to make it happen. The valet and concierge services were fantastic, and the staff had great recommendations of things to do in Billings. The cocktails in the lounge are highly recommended. We didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant, but we definitely will next time. The location is perfect for walking around downtown and enjoying the nightlife.

BEST STAFF! Everyone was helpful and kind in a way that didn't seem at all canned/forced. It felt like they were proud of where worked. Shelby mailed us the jacket that we left in the room instantly!! The in-house bar/restaurant is very good. The bartender worked hard for us to keep the kitchen open so that we could have our favorite Brussels Sprouts upon our late arrival to the hotel (we are repeat customers!). Room was perfect for our needs. We had a King Suite which had two areas, one that gave us a perfect spot to complete a very important Zoom meeting. Location is great for anyone without a car. Lots of restaurant choices within a few blocks. If you do have a car, the free parking is in a covered garage right next door.

The internet speed/connectivity could have been a bit better. Everything else was above and beyond. A few hours after we left, the hotel called to say we'd left something in the room. Shelby sent to us immediately.

The hotel was nice. Valet was included, which I highly suggest as the area is filled with homeless. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There are two restaurants attached to the hotel. The food is good at both. The hotel is located close to Billings small, but nice Zoo.

The area is filled with homeless and drug addicts walking around. The city needs to clean up the area, so beware.

Great room, lovely linen and towels. Super modern bathroom. We enjoyed breakfast at Bernie's and dinner at Ten. Great addition is the transfer facility - to and from the airport. The drivers are super friendly and helpful.

The only thing we noticed, which would give an even better impression, was the bland corridor to the bedroom. It felt more like a tunnel than a furnished hotel hallway.

Very comfortable bed, spacious room. Layout had a separate seating area. Very quiet once in your room. Location is great for a quick walk to a number of very good restaurants and coffee shops. Something for everyone close by. Staff was without exception very nice and helpful. No hidden fees/resort charges. Parking was easy and free. This was my second stay and I'd definitely choose the Northern next time I visit Billings.

While excellent coffee was available in the mornings beginning at well before dawn and that's great, there was no coffee maker in the room. I'd have liked that as an option.

Loved the diner. Never could get in main restaurant- private party in etc. Didn’t like menu that was available in bar. Staff in lobby and store excellent. Enjoyed the ambience of hotel and history. Room was updated and clean. Bathroom updated. Lobby beautiful Loved valet service

First suite was a very small room. Did upgrade to larger suite ( which was basically a room divided in half. Had to track down cleaning staff to get towels and garbage out 4 day stay. No other cleaning done.
