I did not have breakfast. I ordered the Parmesan fries BLT and I must say it was a chicken sandwich. Your food was terrible very overpriced. I’m a very good tipper and I like good service. It was pathetic. You guys should be ashamed of your café for such a nice facility that you do have your service Your smiles your great customer service was superb but the kitchen dining is at one out of 10 I will not stay there again for that reason but thank you for the wonderful smiles and the good service except for the food. It was a waste of my money and we could’ve had a great time on the money we spent in that crappy little kitchen. sorry, but when you only get one nice vacation a year and you get service like that it’s not nice but good job for all your hard work there but your kitchen needs a lot of help. You have everything else there, but you have to leave to just go get something to eat. So if you ever wanna call me one day and try, try something new maybe I will do that but I would do that and try it again if you guys wanna make it right if not, that’s OK. I wish you all the best. Better food so you don’t have to leave this beautiful hotel with a pool and a hot tub and a wonderful rooms go downtown. Why have a beautiful facility like this if you have to leave and go get something to eat nonsense extremely bad planning but you workers there were just amazing and great job. They’re lucky they have you

I absolutely loved the oatmeal bar. Loved the canadian bacon. Enjoyed the fruit. Liked that there was yogurt and sure it tasted good, but I didn't know what kind or what the ingredients were.

The waffles were premade and not great. Floor was DIRTY. Boiled eggs were awesome, I was so excited for real eggs and not subs, but not kept cold and sat for long periods of time, so they felt strange.

Excellent hotel experience, really. The staff was friendly, informative, and professional. The entire hotel was super clean. Pool, spa, and workout room were clean, inviting, and easy to use. Loved my room and king bed. Location was very good on the west end of town but near the major roads. Lots of parking in a well-lit parking lot. Big rugged luggage carts.

The location. Most of the staff was nice

They should let customers know that house keeping is every other day. We travel a lot and we are use to house keeping every day. We could have planed our stay better if formed of the house keeping policy. Examples towels, floor mats, glasses.

Staff was all helpful and friendly, location is good. Hotel was very clean (only in service for about 3 months at time of this review).

Our only complaint was the lack of noise isolation, in our room you could hear louder cars driving by, as well as loud talking from adjacent rooms, and doors from the hall.

The breakfast was amazing. Staff was super friendly. We had dinner and drinks the evening we got there it was great.

The street racing behind the hotel was noisy. We learned that you are addressing that problem. We still had a great stay and would come again.

It was a new construction and had only opened 2 months prior to my family and I staying there. So, needless to say the amenities and staff were new, clean and friendly.

Oddly enough, it was hard to find a (good) parking spot. The parking lot was packed.

From the time we walked in to the time we walked out, we felt welcomed. The staff was friendly and professional. I will be staying here again.

The only feedback is that the breakfast ran out of stuff. I would just make sure to keep things fully stocked.

The location and that they had truck parking available. Staff was very friendly in the hotel was very clean thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

There was nothing that I could say negative

Great location. Safe location. Very clean. I was very worried about staying in billings due to all the things I have read about that area. I was really nervous. After I got there I felt really safe.
