We love the suite. It's spacious and comfortable. The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen makes meal times affordable. You can purchase food from the grocery store and make your own in the comfort of your room. Loved the laundry room and the fact that it's included in your stay. You just need your own soap or they have some available for purchase.

All of the electrical plug-ins were loose and made it hard to charge our phones/computers. I'm not sure how you'd fix that tho. And it would be nice to have a fan in the bathroom, but we made due.

This is a great place to stay if you are in town for a few days or just overnight. The rooms are large and modern with comfortable beds and furniture. Every room has a mini kitchen that can be useful for longer stays.

Nothing stands out as a negative. The only thing I would like is that the front desk would open earlier. Currently, it opens at 5 am, and it would be great if it were 4 am for people who have to catch 5 am flights out of Billings so people can get a checkout receipt. But that is a small issue.

Our Room was very spacious and spotless. The Kitchen was stocked with both Cooking pans and utensils. We had Dishes, bowls, and silverware for 4. The location was great with easy access to I-90 parks and shopping. There were no traffic noises and a Starbucks and Circle-K were just across the street. A Sam's Club and Cabells Department Stores were within 1/4 a mile. There is a beautiful River Park 2 miles away and it has great walking and picnic areas too. The Laundry and Gym facilities were on the first floor and washing and drying were free to the guests. I would happily return and Highly recommend this facility to everyone.

If it is possible, I would have liked to have an indoor Pool and Hot tub available to the guests. Perhaps a future upgrade may be planned.

First thing noticed was the room had a clean smell. The layout of the room was homey and comfortable. The sliding door to the bathroom was a surprise, but nice. The bathroom was big. This room offered options to cook and store food. The window view was the major intesection and convenience store as well as the parking lot.

The queen size bed was ok, but perhaps too soft. One major issue was with the housekeeping. Our check out time was 11am and it was 9am when all of sudden the door comes open, no knock at all, saw me and said sorry and closed the door. At 9:30am I went across the street to the convenience store while my girfriend was in the shower, and again, housekeeper came in without knocking. Then at 10:45am, door comes open again! This time I said our CHECK OUT TIME IS 11AM! In my opinion, housekeeping needs to be considerate and knock before entering, and once they knew we were still in the room the first time, then they should have communicated to come back after 11am. We didn't appreciate this, but do understand they are just doing their jobs.

This is a fantastic hotel. Even though it's designed as an extended stay, I would still stay here for one or two nights because its location is great; the staff is friendly; and it's always extremely clean and quiet. It feels comfortable and secure, and it's in a perfect location to get around Billings.

The beds are slightly uncomfortable, and the pillows are a little worn out. For one or two nights, that's fine, but if you're looking for an extended stay, keep that in mind and bring your own pillows and maybe even a mattress topper.

Were upgraded to a better room b/c our original unit had the carpets steam cleaned early afternoon so room not ready. Excellent hot breakfast. Had free laundry service and even given some detergent and softener sheets. Gina(?) was very accommodating and so was general mgr( did not get his name). Very close to I94 off ramp. Easy on easy off. Cost was super reasonable vs previous night stay in Marquette MI. That is story for another time.

The price was economical and the staff helpful and friendly. The building is new, near the interstate but far enough to avoid the noise. Gas station right next door. There was Full size refrigerator and a small coffee maker as well a a sink and cook top in the room. There were real dishes, and a sink with soap to wash. The bathroom was large and roomy with the closet inside. There was a seating area, couch, coffee table, as well and a small chest of drawers.

The front desk is closed at 10:00 and you have to use an end door to enter the hotel after 10:00 p.m. I never saw a vending machine or ice machine and there was no breakfast, but that was part of the reason it was economical. Housekeeping did not come in to make the bed or restock our coffee supplies but I was able to find them and ask for that. I was able to get fresh towels by folding our used ones and taking them to the desk. Finally the bed was rather soft and the in room air conditioner was noisy. I didn't find the blankets or bedspread cozy.

The A/C was an older wall unit controlled by a thermostat on the wall. It did the job, but was noisy and musty. The carpet was old, but it was clean. Nice to have an elevator even though it was really slow. Full parking lot

Offers both a laundry facility and a fitness room. Plenty of parking available. Late-night check-in possible with prior reservation.

The construction site next to the hotel started work very early (no more peace and quiet). Late check-in only worked by chance, because the security guard happened to be passing by. There were quite a few spiders in our room. Some of the equipment in the fitness room wasn’t working.

The gentleman checking us in was super nice and very friendly and helpful. Room was big and very clean and comfortable. Loved having a kitchenette with cook too, fridge, sink and microwave!

Location wasn’t great. Never been to Billings before but the parts of the city we drove through made me glad my doors were locked. Bathroom only had 2 bath towels, bath mat and a ratty looking wash cloth; with no housekeeping service had to go to the front desk. It would’ve been great to have those in the room and extras if we needed them.
