The room was very up to date and spacious. They also had a fenced in area specifically for you to take your pets outside to so we could let them do their business worry-free! Staff was exceptional in how helpful and accommodating they were as well.

Not that this can be changed, but getting to the pet area was a little odd - you have to go through the pool room to get to it - for customer convenience (and this includes pool-users as well), the pet area should be a little easier to access without disrupting pool goers. Otherwise there was nothing else I "disliked"

Clean new hotel in good location.

Due to an error with the checkin staff we were asked to pay for the room even though we had already paid. This was sorted, although we had to wait several days for our creditcard to be reimbursed. The air conditioning was very noisy in the room . This was not helped by being adjacent to the bed.

Quick check in, replaced misplaced room key, also fast. Very comfy bed, very clean.

Jackass in room next door was noisy, had TV on loud, talked loud with others in his group. In fairness, I did not notify front desk, tried to fall asleep and was able to.

The staff at this hotel were some of the best I have ever encountered. The whole place is spotless at all times and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommended.

Hot water was almost too hot…. That’s rare these days. Thank you…. Bed was great as were charging options

Some of the lights in the rooms were cool looking but not warm enough light. It seems they see 5000k…. 4000 would be better….

Very pleasant experience. Ability to accommodate rooms next to each other. Rooms were clean and spacious. My family and I utilized the pool.

Everything was great. Price was on the high-end but booking same-day close to the hospital is where we needed to be.

The breakfast was perfect and tasty. The loation was good for our purpose.

The television was the worst. Children could not operate. Everything else was fine.
