Wonderful location with breathtaking views. Very close to the Glacier park entrance. Nice room, comfortable beds, good shower. Large common area with a balcony on the second floor of the lounge.
Wish we were told about a common area during the check in. We discovered it on our own on our last evening there. Also, the grounds could’ve been cleaned more often. Through our three nights stay, no one cleaned the fire pit area, where some sloppy guests left their empty cans and food scraps.

Excellent location, near west GNP entrance. Great views from cabin porch. Lovely update of cabin. Very much appreciated welcome gifts. Excellent and knowledgeable staff for cabin check in and those working in the Outfitters store. Love the fabulous amount of items available at the “Outfitter Store”.
Please be clearer on hours available for check in. Ensure voice recording provided explanation, as it currently states Outfitter’s is closed. We had a panic attack, but luckily was open until 8 pm. Recommend 2 luggage racks since there are two queen beds, which can accommodate up to 4 people. We had 2 full time suitcases. Charge of $30 additional dollars for request of 30 minute late check out, was extremely high considering we paid a very high rates/fees, etc for lodging.

Location was within 5 minutes of Glacier National Park (GNP). Grounds were well kept and fully setup for cornhole and volleyball in the evening. View from the lodge was fantastic. Cabins were clean, fully equipped, and staff quickly addressed any issues. Plenty of towels, linens, fans, etc. Crib was provided so that was very helpful for our infant. 2-year old wanted to go back the day we left. Plenty of room for family dinners; easy access to GNP, Apgar Village, local restaurants, and activities.
I did not like booking through a third-party vendor. The protocols would not allow me to work directly with Paddle Ridge in advance, and Booking.com was unresponsive. Only option was to email Booking.com and hope the messages got through. Booking.com did not relay messages from Paddle Ridge, and Booking.com was not available to make changes in the reservations.

Picturesque location just a mile from Glacier National Park west entrance. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Aaron was very excited to tell me more about the park, places to see wildlife, and which park roads were closed, gravel, or under construction. I valued learning from him. He was clearly enthusiastic to help others enjoy the national park he clearly loved. I will definitely encourage friends and family to stay here. The property is dog friendly. The cabins are excellent place to stay with dogs. Kitchen had all the pans, plates, and utensils needed to cook a most of our meals right at the cabin.
I did not find one thing that did not meet my expectations. We were a bit disappointed the bar was closed- yet we were there a bit before most visitors visit Glacier National Park.

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Very clean and comfortable! We stayed after the normal season, so we shared the entire lodge with only one person. The rooms are nicely sized and they have an area to hang out upstairs which was very nice. A fire pit and outdoor seating. Also, it is a very convenient location to West Glacier NP. It's about 1/2 mile to the park gate. Staff was wonderful, and they have after hours check in so very accommodating to travelers! I will definitely be back! Excellent pricing for what you get, I thought it would have been much more expensive after seeing everything in person.
I dont have any complaints, wonderful stay!!!

The location is extremely good if you are traveling into Glacier NP thru the West Entrance. The property is only 2 mins from West Glacier. The property is expansive and gorgeous. Room was spacious and comfortable. The decorating in the room was really cute -"mountain cabin" feel. We loved the common area to have tea and play games. Our room #21 had a beautiful view of Apgar Mountain.
The walls are a little thin so there was some noise from other guests and the A/C - Heating unit was loud.

This is a beautiful property with a nice gift shop at the main building and a bar that is open sunday and thursday (i think) and they offer activities that you can pay for like rafting, etc - the view is amazing, beds very comfy
no instruction on where to pick up the key but we figured it out fairly quickly - you just go in the gift shop/main building and there's a desk with a really nice employee to check you in.

Our cabin exceeded expectations for our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids). We had more than enough room and all the cookware we needed in the kitchen. Great location for going to West Glacier Park with an easy 10min drive. Staff was responsive and very polite with our inquiries. Friendly horses as neighbors in the pasture next door
Missed the potholders and some soap.

Proactive communication, and easy-to-follow instructions when checking in after the office hours. Beds were comfortable. Location is very good, just couple mins away from the gas station and restaurants and about 10-15mins to the park entrance.
Since it's a wooden cabin, when you stay on the 1st floor, the footsteps upstairs could be loud. Also, there was no hot water around 10pm - 12am when we were showering.

It was very spacious and perfectly located 15-20 minutes from the Glacier National Park West entrance!
We had a logistical hiccup regarding access to the kitchen and bbq grill as amenities. Once we asked the front desk for help they kindly turned on the stove for us to cook. It seems that their website’s policy is that kitchen use is available if you book the whole lodge 1 and not just 1 room.
