Good value and location. Well kept facility. I would stay here again.

I really, really, really, really hated the sales pitch at check in. NO MEANS NO! I almost had to get downright mean for them to just give me my keys and let me go to my room. The check in experience absolutely sucked. Get off a plane and spend 30 minutes with them trying to rope you into a time share pitch...

Great location, very clean, gorgeous rooms. Housekeeping was very polite and helpful. Check in person was friendly and helpful. The person who tried to sign us up for the meeting in exchange for free show tickets was friendly until we declined. We had to tell them “no thank you” 4 times. The last thing we wanted was to be hassled after a long flight. For that reason, we unfortunately won’t stay here again.

There was no breakfast. Would like it to be included in the tariff. The shuttle to Paris was very helpful and convenient. Kept the luggage with the box room (Concierge) in the premises for few hours after check out. The grand canyon tour arranged thru the hotel was good. In all, a good stay and experience.

The safe deposit money collected at check-in should be returned instantly upon checkout. Further, there was no evidence (evidence) on paper that this money was collected. The hotel has no business to hold it after the guest leaves the premises.

We loved the unit itself and all of the amenities. They have three pools, a fitness area in all buildings and game rooms. The unit had everything we needed for our stay. We appreciated the full kitchen as well as the washer/dryer. There was a shuttle that took you to the Paris hotel on the strip, however that stops at 9pm.

We didn’t like the fact that before they give you the bracelets for the shuttle and amenities, they make you go through a long time-share speech. The man at the desk definitely put pressure on you to watch a video to earn a free gift. Even after saying “No thank you” numerous times, he kept asking “Then why are you here?”. Seriously? He was obviously very put off that we didn’t participate, and basically just threw the bracelets at us. Do better Wyndham!

Room was huge, looked clean, great to have a washer and dryer

Floors were dirty, feet we're black getting into the rooms tub. They try to sell you on timeshares and after we told them to back off cause I was there for surgery, they continued to call our room phone which I finally unplugged and call my cell phone to harass us. We booked online and had no idea it was a time share place. Even called management and complained that they were waking me up when I should have been resting after my surgery and they still kept calling us.

The location of the Resort was the perfect amount of distance from the strip. The strip is walking distance, but nice to be away from the music and lights at night. The room were extremely spacious, and had plenty of kitchenware for the complete duration of our stay. No hidden fees, except for the deposit that is due at the Resort, but you get it back several days after your stay. I didn't get a chance to check out the bar/pool area, but it looked extremely nice and relaxing. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Fabulous stay, the guys at the resort couldn't do enough for us. Super rooms with all the comforts of home and cool view of the strip. The free shuttle to the strip is very handy too it runs from 9am to 9.30pm or it's a 10-minute walk straight to the top of the road where you'll walk onto the strip at the Prada store.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Great quality for the price I got for my dates. The room was clean and spacious, with more amenities than I expected. It was basically an apartment, not a hotel room. It was rather quiet too. The personnel is great -- very helpful and a pleasure to work with. There were other amenities (pools, etc.) that I didn't get to enjoy due to time constraints. Location is 5-10 taxi ride away from major POIs of the city.

The cafe is a bit on a both expensive and slow side. The convenience store is rather limited too, it had basics, but proper groceries needed to be bought elsewhere. Location is only borderline walkable. While it is possible to get to the strip or a monorail station in a 30-40min walk, it's not a very pleasant one (although pretty consistent with an average US city, and much better than some locations I've been to out there).

Very clean, modern, and family-friendly hotel. The staff is lovely. Cute little store on the main floor and coffee shop serving Starbucks, so you don't have to leave to get snacks and drinks. My one-bedroom was perfectly-sized and comfortable, although the furnishings were a bit dated stylistically, they were all in great condition. The kitchen was well-equipped and nice to have for drinks and food. The pool and hot tub area was lovely, with towels supplied outdoors. Parking was easy with a pass from reception.

This is a comfort hotel, but as someone who likes to stay in luxury, I thought it was great, especially given the price. As per other reviews, it is a timeshare hotel, so you will get asked to take part in a presentation for "additional gifts." I was polite and direct that I wasn't interested, but sort of begged because "that's how they make money." I didn't relent - I've given enough of my life to time share presentations!

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for our family of 4 adult-sized humans and it was larger and more comfortable than we had hoped. The staff overall were friendly and helpful. If you don't mind a little walk, we found it better to walk to the strip rather than take the shuttle (we tried both walking and the shuttle). The beds were comfortable and we got a decent rest here. Despite the colder weather the pool and hot tub were open outside with life guards.

As others have mentioned the timeshare sales people after check-in can be a real pain and time-waster. I had to refuse many times before we finally got our bracelets. The shuttle waits can be long and the shuttle overcrowded. We timed it, and it was faster to walk. We were told some things were free at check-in that were not free.
