Very happy with the staff of the hotel. Neatly dressed and professional and helpful. The last hotel we stated at, (different hotel chain), the desk clerk was sleeping at the desk with ripped jeans and a hoodie pulled over his face and he never said a word when he checked us in. This seems to be happening as the norm lately, but at this Holiday Inn it was just the opposite. Was impressed with the staff as well as the housekeeping staff. Will stay there again if in Concord.

Happier with a breakfast buffet because I'm usually in a hurry in the morning, but the breakfast we had to order off the menu was very good. Not really a complaint, just a personal preference.

everything was great, location, the room, especially Sheela at the front desk, very friendly, always greeting you with a smile. I would suggest to IHG to put in their website that breakfast is at the restaurant inside the building but it does not work like a self service. They give you a menu with different choices and prices but if you booked your room with continental breakfast you can ask for anything regardless the price but you have to make sure to tell the front desk that you do not want to be charged by the restaurant. This way Sheela in this case put a note in the system on our behalf and we were not charged for anything.

The floor surface in the pool area is potentially dangerous. It was EXTREMELY slick. With textured shoes I was fine. My grandson on the other hand was bare foot and fell THREE times. He was NOT running, even fell on the landing of the ramp down to the area. He was not hurt, due to luck & being 8 years old. I spoke with a maintenance man & front desk people while checking out. They know of the situation, have analyzed the "nonslip" tile and were told it's OK. It is not, so be forewarned, wear "water" shoes.

The breakfast was much better than I expected. We have stayed at many Marriott brands and the breakfast here was much better. I liked that the rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Having the restaurant was very convenient

The bathroom could have been cleaner but was fine

Rooms are clean and comfortable but a touch dated. Pool and hot tub were nice and functional, but ceiling plaster work was crumbing a bit. Great location for interstates and highways to rest of New Hampshire. Also great location for downtown Concord itself. Very friendly and helpful service staff in the restaurant

Some of the building interiors felt a little dated, but everything was funcitonal

Great stay! Friendly staff and property was right outside but within walking distance of the heart of Concord, New Hampshire.

Getting in and out was a little confusing other than that everything was great

Bulk dispenser for shower gel was empty when checked in. Shower head was working properly with half the amount of water coming out through the tap

The pool/spa and fitness center were very nice and well-maintained

No breakfast. Kept having issues with room key not working to access the pool and fitness center. Went to the front desk twice to switch keys and still had issues

We loved the location of the hotel… lots to do in the area! I wouldn’t say our room was great, just ok. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The staff in the restaurant were amazing, giving us tips in places to go and things to do. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly!

The beds are hard and the pillows, no matter how many we stacked, seemed to be flat! Made for a very rough night of sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair that kept coming back up through the drain. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were so strong it destroyed the color in my swim suit!!

WiFi connection issue, shower handle broken, peeling paint on ceiling above the pool
