Room was quiet despite being near an interstate. Lighting in the bathroom was good. Lots of plugs for tech equipment. It felt like it was cleaned well.

Linens were getting shabby and worn. The quilt wasn't very thick for a winter stay and we couldn't find any extra blankets in the room. The heat was turned up but I still felt cold most of the time. No room carpets to keep feet warm so floors were always cool. There was strange activity at 3am both nights of our stay. We were in a room at the end of the hall near a stairway on the second floor. Breakfast was just okay.

Enjoyed the "community meeting space" on 1st floor. Breakfast was excellent, great variety including healthy options. A bit pricey, but understand it's peak summer vacation season. Appreciated the ability to purchase food and drink items.

Only complaint was some noise from the highway at night. Wish we had stayed on the back side of the hotel.

We had great difficulty locating the hotel and ended up calling the hotel directly for guidance in just how to reach them. Thankfully the reception desk was manned by a young man named “Steve”. Steve very patiently and expertly guided us via phone the entire way and greeted us at the main entrance. I’ve lodged in many hotel/B&B establishments and have never encountered an employee so willing to go beyond all limits to help guests when asked. This hotel is lucky they have employed such a dedicated worker! The day of check out we were greeted with smiles and assistance from an elderly who were manning the front desk. Once again, it was the employees that impressed us!

Location excellent for our needs. Nice shower. Quiet. Good to have a decent restaurant on property, even though there were no gluten free options.

No paper and pen on desk. AC very loud. TV speaker sounds muffled because sound hits the wall behind it. No coffee maker in room. No chair other than rolling chair which could be dangerous for elderly.

The room was well designed for travellers with several hooks to hang coats, purses, towels etc. The soaps and shampoo products were very nice. Comfy beds and lots of pillows which was great. Good breakfast!

Maybe a spare blanket or throw in the closet would have been nice if needed. For instance my friend preferred the air on but I could’ve used an extra blanket on my bed as an option. No major complaints!

The location and the staff were very nice. The TBones Restaurant off the parking lot was EXCEPTIONAL.

Hilton properties all seem to use motion detector thermostats and these cause the air conditioning to turn off when you're asleep. As a result you wake up in the middle of the night sweating. NOT a pleasant experience. Marriott doesn't seem to use them and when all things are equal, we will opt for Marriott.

It was easy check-in and we had a 12pm checkout. My son had a competition at 12:30 competition down the road so it was perfect. I'm not sure if her name but the lady who runs breakfast was awesome. She was very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and even cleaned up for us as we were talking. She was great.

1) very modern decor. 2) Good size room and comfortable bed. 3)Good selection of continental breakfast and nice small selection of nicely cooked hot breakfast. 4) Excellent selection of goodies available at reception. 5) Great pub and Steakhouse next door ( T - Bones) 6) Very pleasant and helpful staff. Especially Maureen on reception.

1) I personally do not agree with pets being allowed into Hotel rooms that are then used by people that are allergic to animals. Especially if you have asthma or allergies. This is the 2nd Hilton Hotel that we have recently stayed in with this policy. In the future we will avoid Hilton Hotels.

Location was easy to get to, the breakfast was good and the room was simple and clean. Loved that the room did not have carpet.

There was no safe in the room which would have been nice to have. The hallway smelled damp but were clean and the rooms didn’t so that was good.

Great new facility. Very well designed lobby and rooms. Bright and inviting. Family friendly. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful continental breakfast included in the room rate. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. They work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Steve was fantastic ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing value! If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely return for another stay.
