Room was quiet despite being near an interstate. Lighting in the bathroom was good. Lots of plugs for tech equipment. It felt like it was cleaned well.

Linens were getting shabby and worn. The quilt wasn't very thick for a winter stay and we couldn't find any extra blankets in the room. The heat was turned up but I still felt cold most of the time. No room carpets to keep feet warm so floors were always cool. There was strange activity at 3am both nights of our stay. We were in a room at the end of the hall near a stairway on the second floor. Breakfast was just okay.

We had great difficulty locating the hotel and ended up calling the hotel directly for guidance in just how to reach them. Thankfully the reception desk was manned by a young man named “Steve”. Steve very patiently and expertly guided us via phone the entire way and greeted us at the main entrance. I’ve lodged in many hotel/B&B establishments and have never encountered an employee so willing to go beyond all limits to help guests when asked. This hotel is lucky they have employed such a dedicated worker! The day of check out we were greeted with smiles and assistance from an elderly who were manning the front desk. Once again, it was the employees that impressed us!

The room was well designed for travellers with several hooks to hang coats, purses, towels etc. The soaps and shampoo products were very nice. Comfy beds and lots of pillows which was great. Good breakfast!

Maybe a spare blanket or throw in the closet would have been nice if needed. For instance my friend preferred the air on but I could’ve used an extra blanket on my bed as an option. No major complaints!

Especially Maureen on reception.

1) I personally do not agree with pets being allowed into Hotel rooms that are then used by people that are allergic to animals. Especially if you have asthma or allergies. This is the 2nd Hilton Hotel that we have recently stayed in with this policy. In the future we will avoid Hilton Hotels.

The location and the staff were very nice. The TBones Restaurant off the parking lot was EXCEPTIONAL.

Hilton properties all seem to use motion detector thermostats and these cause the air conditioning to turn off when you're asleep. As a result you wake up in the middle of the night sweating. NOT a pleasant experience. Marriott doesn't seem to use them and when all things are equal, we will opt for Marriott.

It was easy check-in and we had a 12pm checkout. My son had a competition at 12:30 competition down the road so it was perfect. I'm not sure if her name but the lady who runs breakfast was awesome. She was very friendly, made sure we had everything we needed and even cleaned up for us as we were talking. She was great.

Great new facility. Very well designed lobby and rooms. Bright and inviting. Family friendly. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful continental breakfast included in the room rate. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. They work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Steve was fantastic ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing value! If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely return for another stay.

Rooms were clean!

The front desk lady told us that breakfast was at 6am! We came down at 6:15 next morning but it wasn’t open. Then they informed us that due to holiday they would open at 7. Wish we knew this night before so we could sleep in. Also breakfast selection was ok! Pancake robot is hard to comprehend.

The breakfast selection was excellent... more than we expected, especially with the hot breakfast options... nice surprise...

Did not like the squeeze bottles for soap in the room... took entirely too much muscle power to get it out... I finally resorted to squeezing a bunch into a paper cup and using it from there... though I will commend you on being environmentally ahead of the curve with that soap option!!

Very nice lobby area. Rooms were attractive and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was okay. Somewhat more than continental, but far less than comlete breakfast. Room size was very small. No closet and no drawers forced us to work out of our suitcases. This diminished comfort.
