We loved the location of the hotel… lots to do in the area! I wouldn’t say our room was great, just ok. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The staff in the restaurant were amazing, giving us tips in places to go and things to do. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly!

The beds are hard and the pillows, no matter how many we stacked, seemed to be flat! Made for a very rough night of sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair that kept coming back up through the drain. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were so strong it destroyed the color in my swim suit!!

Breakfast was buffet only due to large convention that was there. It was good. We prepaid for breakfast with our hotel booking. I did like that we could easily get supplies at the front desk.

We didn't know that the 5 year old could have eaten free but we had already prepaid for her 3 breakfasts. I didn't like that there was zero maid service.

Excellent in all categories. The location is a 10 min walk from the Bus terminal, it’s on Main St. which is where most of the sight seeing is located about 10 mins walking. So many Restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops that you will have a hard time choosing.

I have no complaints at this time.

I did not like the fact that I had to put a hole in my card for an incidental fee hold and it still hasn't been returned to my credit card. I checked in on Friday night and it's now Monday night and it still hasn't been returned I do not like that at all..

no glasses or plastic glasses in the room, only styrofoam coffee cups. the hotel is showing it’s age in some area but it was very clean and quiet.

The staff was fantastic ! The hotel was super clean and welcoming . They food at EJS was amazing!!!!

There was nothing I did not like. The elevators were small so it got crowed somwtim3s

Location, price and facilities were all great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Shower was great, hot straight away and good pressure.

A little bit dark in room and no TV guide for the different channels.

Was easy to find, we were able to check in early which was very nice. The breakfast was awesome, everything was very clean and the staff was very accommodating and polite.

Very quite hotel.

The Jacuzzi wasn’t working. We were told it was and tried to use it. Pushed the button to turn it on and nothing.
