The hotel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room was large with a comfortable chair in the corner. The fridge was larger than the usual mini fridge. Decent breakfast with scrambled eggs and bacon, plus a waffle maker. The location is close enough to downtown Concord and very close to the interstate. It was a good value for the money.

Some type of fruit available for breakfast would be nice. I was unaware the property had a washer/dryer on site.

Cozy, homely, spotless, super comphy bed I didn’t want to leave, cute warm indoor pool, good well prepared breakfast, all good and great staff on the desk I enjoyed it and I’ll be back

Honestly can’t think of anything, a good cozy and warm place, no food options ( deliveries yes) after breakfast so stock up your fridge and head out and get yourself as much clam delicious chowder as possible ;)

Upon check in , I inquired about a pet friendly room . My request was not a problem , I was immediately changed to pet friendly room . First floor , near pool and laundry room was a plus . I was happy to have a straight shot from room to front door as my dog is blind . All the staff were super kind to him. In fact my dog made quite a few doggie friends!

I’m not sure on regular rooms , but pet friendly seemed a bit run down . Definitely need a small update.

place very clean comfortable good working area ay desk. Great handicap bathroom with walk in shower. lobby clean and was rainy so floor was constabty being cleaned.

Breakfast not sure what egg was only had sausage and muffin that tasted like Chemical but have stayed at Best Weastern and Marreiott on same street in past and their food not any better

When we arrived around 5PM the Hotel Checkin clerk was very curt and less friendly than I expect to be treated as a valued customer, When I tried to be nice and perk up the exchange in conversation with her she almost ignored me, like she didn't have time for me and did not want to talk about anything and seemed put out that I asked her where a good place was to eat. She handed me a sheet of places and said I could check out the one at the end of the road. Not being from the area I had no idea what road she was speaking of?

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Front desk people nice and prompt to answer any needs or requests.

Breakfast was less then adequate. Room was not touched in the 6 days unless requested on day 4.

The room was more than I expected. Bed very comfortable. The shower easy to use. The breakfast, for a buffet, was more than expected. Good choice for us.

The eggs on the first and second day were not good. On the 3rd, they were scrambled and a big improvement.

No frills hotel, but good for what it was. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but standard. Beds were small(fulls not queens) but comfortable, pool, spa and sauna were all clean and working. Air conditioning worked very well. Shower was hot with decent water pressure.Staff was friendly.

Slightly odd smell when we arrived. Kind of like it was smoked in and covered up by a heavily scented air freshener. It either faded or we hot used to it. A sign or information regarding towels at pool. We did not know to ask the desk first so were stuck soaking wet when we realized there were not any towels in the actual pool area.

The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast was very well tended to and hot foods were hot. Most of all, the staff was extremely attentive, helpful and kind. We had an issue with our motorcycles and needed additional assistance and every staff member (front desk and maintenance) went above and beyond to help us.

The air conditioner in the room is pointed directly towards the bed, blowing cold air directly at us. Would be nice if the air flow could have been directed elsewhere.

Staff was informative, kind and friendly. Breakfast was very nice offering a variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable.

The bath lighting was very poor. The TV service didn’t offer a channel guide. Our room location (109) was directly in front of the lobby. Wish we were a few doors down for increased privacy and a bit less noise. AC had only one fan speed and we had block the vents with a chair to diffuse the air flow.
