The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! kudos goes out to the cleaning staff!

That the information about the rooms were not updated on Booking.com when booking the room it stated checkout was at noon. so we thought we had more time till we had checked in and the clerk informed us this wasn't the case. also the amenities are different than what is listed.

The breakfast was very good and larger, more hearty with options than I thought. The young man at the check-in desk was fast and very pleasant. My room was convenient to the side entrance which made it easier for me to access with bad knee. My bed and pillows were luxurious!

The parking lot is a little sketchy, but there were no issues. It just didn't match the quality of this facility. The bathroom was nice and very clean, however, there is an issue with the flooring. It felt like it could cave...I will be reporting this to management to address. (it did not affect performance or comfort)

The air con/heater is making loud annoying sounds when it automatically adjust or change the temperature. The exhaust fan inside the bathroom is too loud and dirty. Possible it’s not cleaned for a long time.

The homeless people were at the entrance and behind the facility... I know it is of no fault of the hotel but the City of Concord needs to address this problem.

I got very sick prior to arrival and they allowed me to check into my room a little early. This was greatly appreciated. I also appreciated the 12pm checkout because most places make you leave at 11am.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. Michelle and Beck were on hand to receive our party for my daughter’s college graduation at a local college. Breakfast area clean with lots of variety. Rooms are extremely comfortable and large to spread out.

Breakfast was great and edible. Hot tub and pool were clean and there were plenty of clean towels.

Location was a pain to leave the hotel. Trying to cross busy lanes was annoying. But I understood and dealt with it.
