Facility Manager was absolutely 💯 percent awesome. Needed an iron and she immediately executed our needs.

I will definitely stay there again.

How friendly, attentive and accommodating the employee was and most of all he had a smile every time he greeted us which just brightened our day.

My first impression wasn’t so appealing but I’m glad I gave it the benefit of doubt and “& as the saying goes” didn’t judge a book by its cover because over all it wasn’t what I expected, in a good sense.

Easy booking

I was double billed for the same stay. Once thru booking.com and once thru the hotel. No refund offered after complaints to hotel. I can’t get thru to booking.com to resolve the matter.

The Hotel did not have my booking and stated they do not used Booking.com is 6 months.

They was able to book me a room.

Location to down town.

Vending machine did not work No fridge in room.

Room was not cleaned good. Found a condom under nightstand. My daughter could have easily grabbed or touched it. Thank God i saw it before my baby.

Close to Eagle Manor for a family wedding.

There have been upgrades to the rooms but they need better cleaning - nice tile in the bathroom but dirty. Sheets were clean and bedding ok . If the floors and bathroom were scrubbed it would be very nice.

The room was comfortable and the staff was nice and helpful.

There was an awful smell in the lobby and hallways but it wasn't in the room. And the elevator ride was a little rough.

Not a good experience

Nothing.

Everything was horrible. It was a bad experience. The elevator was broken and there was no WiFi. I had to say something because it was getting worse by the minute. The advertisements are beyond false. The room was dirty, crumbs and hair everywhere. Also, the staff at the front desk kept the "Be back in 15 minutes" sign up - I was waiting in the lobby for an hour because the key card didn't work. I asked the people at the front desk - why didn't you say something about the elevator or the WiFi and they said because I didn't ask. The county jail is right down the street. I believe that would have been a better stay - sleeping in my car would have been better. It was just a horrible experience. Two days for $264.70. Please do not go to this hole in the wall; this has to be the worst hotel in America.
