We stayed here for a couple of nights over Christmas (2 adults, 2 kids). The hotel room on second floor (with two queen beds) was clean and smoke free. It’s a quiet place to stay with plenty of parking. A 5 minutes walk to Neilson Plaza coach service to Port Authority bus terminal in New York city and takes the bus around one hour to get there. The bus tickets to NY are kinda pricey (around $77 return fare for a family). Last bus to Neilson plaza departs at 11pm. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

It was a short 2 night stay, room service did basic clean up like emptying the trash but did not change out bedsheets, towels, make beds etc. So that may need improvement.

Great location for downtown, need a car however. Free parking, jacuzzi tub was a pretty good size for a 6' tall and 5'10 200lb couple, room was huge, we were right at the end of the hall, nice a quiet. Mini kitchenette with bar fridge, microwave, and Keurig machine in the room was a great bonus!!

The staff weren't the most welcoming, but maybe just a bad day for the four we interacted with over the two days. A casual hello when you come back inside doesn't hurt if your guests say hi to you.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. Staff at check-in also great. I had messaged that we would be arriving around 11p and they were expecting us late. All went well.

Getting to the hotel from the highway a bit confusing. You see it from the highway but have to go down an access road and loop back which is a little confusing, especially late at night when tired. It was easier leaving when getting back onto the highway, not as confusing going in that direction. Lastly, a very annoying intersection right before the hotel. The light can stay red for many many minutes. Absolutely no cars around and you sit and wait longer than for any light I've ever experienced. We thought the light was broken and after a while just processed very carefully through the intersection on the red.

Breakfast was very good. We stayed 4 days and there was nice variety. Definitely one of the better breakfasts available. Felt safe and secure at this hotel. Rooms were comfortable.

We had to get our key cards reset two times in 4 days. Have never had this problem at other hotels. Internet was down for 3 days during our 4 day stay. Traffic light at top of hill coming to property is terrible. Very hard to turn left leaving property. Also light doesn’t work late at night. Hotel needs to work with local authorities to fix this light.

The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and I loved the extra large jet tub! The breakfast was ample, and I use your amenities; the office, the pool, and the gym. All were to my satisfaction. We had to add a day to our stay and both booking.com and the hotel we’re accommodating I’m only sorry that our room was not serviced during our stay. I did request towels and toilet paper from the front desk, which they supplied me, but I could not reach the front desk from the phone in my room. It constantly rang busy.

Just that our room was not serviced during the long weekend that we stayed.

The cleanliness of my room including the bathroom. Maria and Jacqueline were dedicated and intent upon giving their best and keeping guests completely satisfied. I do appreciate housekeeping and all their hard work. It’s the reason I would return.

There was an empty water cooler and empty large wipe dispenser in fitness room. TV wasn’t working. I told the front desk the afternoon before my morning workout. Nothing was done. Garbage full as well.

liked the indoor pool, Breakfast was best we’ve had on our 3 week road trip. room was big and comfy

staff was rude, lady doing the breakfast on the weekends was yelling at everyone, closed the breakfast 8 minutes early by yelling BREAKFAST IS NOW OVER, tried to book a room for an extra day but was told they were TOTALLY BOOKED, Got on booking.com no shortage of rooms, their loss I booked an extra Day with DoubleTree by Hilton in Philadelphia. housekeeping was very rude and obnoxiously loud. will stay away from this hotel in the future

i came in early expecting to wait to check in,but I was greeted with a smile and was checked in right a way.room was very clean.Staff greet you with a smile always,The location was a plus too right off the turnpike and shopping center not very far away,

I’ve stayed here twice a year for work since the past 4yrs and I absolutely love how clean and attentive the staff is. My family loves the free breakfast. Just wish they have bacon on the weekends lol . Overall it’s a great place to stay

I would like to recognize Carmen (desk clerk from the night shift) and Kathy (not sure of first name - desk clerk from morning shift). These two ladies are truly phenomenal representatives of your organization. They are professional, eager to address any and all issues, patient, courteous, and personable; address any and all questions/needs! The breakfast was tasty and adequately replenished. There was a variety that satisfied all choices. The area was clean and the time it was available was perfect.

Would have been nice to have grape or strawberry jelly.
