I was at the hotel for a wedding, flying out the next morning, it was easiest to stay at the hotel overnight. The king room was a good size, clean, and comfortable. There were signs of wear in the room but nothing too bad. All in all, not inexpensive but no complaints.

Bathroom ceiling in need of repair. Toilet not flushed when we first got to the room. Floor dusty/dirty based on the diet on my slipper soles.

bed was very comfortable i was give a accessable room which had a nice big layout in the bathroom. the view was very nice. room had a comfortable layout to get around.

powered curtains and shades wernt working no microwave to heat up those left overs for late night snack the swivel hook on the back of door at a bad height i leaned out to say something to my wife and wacked my head on it causing a cut.

Staff was exceptional. Air conditioning was down when we arrived. Staff gave us a box fan for room which worked very well. Alot of guests were complaining, but we feel that staff worked hard to accommodate the guests. We had no complaints Shuttle option to MetLife was great

Only complaint we had was that bar closed early. We were there for concert at MetLife and would have liked to have a cocktail when we got back.

Room/hotel was clean and comfortable. Offered shuttle to metlife stadium for $10 per person. We used uber instead as it was cheaper. You CAN NOT walk to metlife stadium. We did not stay for breakfast. Starbucks on site. They do put $150 hold on your card. Bed and pillows were comfortable. They had a fan in the room!!!

There are 4 elevators but they are slow. You have to pay for parking

It was really close to the venue of the concert and affordable! The room was nice and cozy and clean! The view was also really nice! The hotel overall was very nice.

The area around is busy so if you’re going there for an event, concert, or to the mall you could have a hard time getting out.

The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The room was well done and they were not intrusive

The front staff was disrespectful. Everytime I would ask a question they dismissed it as my issue because I used a third party vendor. There were issues reported about the room and they were never addressed

The hotel is in the perfect location for our needs. The service at the check-in desk was great! Breakfast was excellent. Starbucks was convenient.

There was a glass outside a room in the hallway our entire stay and we wondered why no one picked it up. I think it's time to update the carpet in some of the rooms.

The beds are AMAZING!!! Better than my fancy Serta at home. The pillows are feathered which are my fav so that was wonderful. The view was amazing. The bathroom was decent. They have many USB ports for charging, which is Convenient.

The air in our room didn’t work. We didn’t check in till 1 am and was there till 9. So we didn’t complain but turned all the way down, it only got to 71. They also want you to pay for parking. Which is absurd after you pay for your room. These two things made it an 8 for me. Especially the parking.

- The bed was comfortable - The localisation near the stadium - The ambiance (for Beyoncé concert, they played her songs all over the hotel) - Shuttle to and from the stadium

- no breakfast available - the TV was not working - need some renovations in general

I went to a concert, and it was close by the venue. Additionally, there was plenty of parking and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Nothing bad, I just think it could use a few updates, especially the bathrooms. But overall, it was a good experience.
