We only stayed overnight because we went to a nearby concert venue. It was like living in a furnished apartment or Air B&B. I didn’t know they had a salt water pool and fitness center. It is located near a mall with plenty of food options. Also, the little store area had plenty of snack items and drinks to choose from.

In the dining area, one room had Fox News on and the other room had CNN. It was unnerving to see the competing views and false reporting of Fox News. I had to change rooms. There was a third screen with sports on I think, I would rather listen to music or see sports than news.

The location is close to shops, restaurants and the American Dream Mall. The staff are all personable and make the stay very comfortable. The pool is a good size and not too deep if you have little kids and for older kids there's a basketball hoop/court outside of the dining room space. The dining area is large enough that I never had an issue finding seating for breakfast and there were plenty of options for myself and the family to enjoy. The one bedroom suites have a full kitchen and living space to give separation if your kids go to bed early. But the bathroom is within the room so be prepared to hold it or tip toe. The room was cleaned and we'll stocked and the common areas including the pool were clean. We will be back again.

I couldn't locate a laundry room to wash and dry wet clothes from the pool but it wasn't too far of a drive home that it was a big deal.

The location way amazing. The facilities were acceptable. Comfortable for the price point.

Breakfast staff commented amongst themselves in Spanish about how much food I brought to the room for my kids. That was extremely uncalled for and made me a little self conscious

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice I was greeted with a smile every time I left and entered the hotel. Someone communicated with me the whole the visit thru text , checking in to make sure my visit was great. The breakfast was great with amazing selections and stayed open for access until 11:00 am for late sleepers. The pool was clean as well as the gym.

I was happy all around but it would have been better if we had access yo Netflix etc on a smart tv also A clock or a alarm, also a oven or toaster oven for more sanitary use instead of a regular toaster so foil paper can be used, dish washing liquid and stronger garbage bags besides that it was great,

Booked a 6 night stay here,my son moved to new jersey from the north east of england a year ago & we decided to book a stay here,the staff are absolutely superb,always willing to help & always had a smile,the breakfasts were perfect,plenty of choice,always hot & always different,there's a few shops over the road & the town is great with a few bars,will definitely stay here again,the room was like an apartment,it had everything you need & the cleaners were always on the ball,thank you for a superb stay.

If there was one thing I would have liked,is maybe put a bar in the hotel,but that might be just nitpicking because it was perfect otherwise..

Like to comfortable king size bed, like the location, like that they had a little store, and the pool.

The front desk staff was a little rude. There were two ladies there, one was so sweet, she was the one who checked me in; and the other never helped me, just stared with a rude look on her face. Then the day we checked out, I gave the kids some money to buy snacks in the little store as we waited for our car, and I noticed the staff at the front desk (This time it was three males) were staring at them as if they were stealing. I did not like that at all. I noticed after my kids left the store and PAID a for their items, they did not watch anyone else that walked in the store.

The room was more updated than what was originally expected on top of that the kitchen was amazing it was small but everything was designed so well that it just works. And the bathroom is a good size too absolutely loved it the style with the showers made and how well it works in conjunction with the space is very very good you definitely feel at home. Not to mention the services you get with your stay and the location of where it's at has like a mini mall area pretty much and it's right next to the good stuff , the fun stuff.

The beds were not so comfy though it was too stiff we're usually used to in between stiff and comfy I think it's medium firm but this one felt like kind of like sleeping on wood the bed was hard and the pillows were too soft it should be the opposite

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and fresh looking. So convenient to have the shuttle take us to town for dinner and pick us up. Also convenient being near the bus line to go into New York.

It’s a shame your fireplace doesn’t work. I asked the girl at the front desk if she could put it on and she said it’s never used because of a safety issue whatever that means. It’s a shame they aren’t safe in the room instead of having to go downstairs to the front desk

Location was close to mall and NYC as well as many food restaurants. Breakfast was decent and staff was friendly and helpful.

The two elevators were extremely slow and there was always a line waiting for the elevator. The hotel has stairs you can use to go up but you have to go through the pool area (need your key card available and wet floor). You can use the stairs to get downstairs but they only lead you to outside. You cannot get into pool area as door is locked from that side. The stairs seem to be only in use for fire safety.

Very clean and new looking and comfy beds. Also people were very nice and the breakfast was good! Also loved having the real fridge and freezer in the room! We did not have time to cook this trip but the kitchen was a nice bonus.

I liked that there was a jacuzzi tub in the room but the bubbles only worked on high and the whirl pool jets did not work so it was to rough to lay in and relax. Also requested towels a couple of times and they did not come. Everything else was great though!
