I like everything about the hotel, the staff was very courteous the rooms were clean and breakfast was good. I love the fact that they have the best coffee 24/7 is an A+ for me

Two things about the hotel that I didn't like number one it doesn't have an elevator and they were people there that were having problems going up and down the stairs. The other thing that I did not like was and it's unfortunately the surrounding area I know this has nothing to do with the hotel itself but unfortunately there's no transportation or courtesy van that could take you anywhere.

It's so great that they have EV chargers in the parking lot! The breakfast room was very clean and well stocked. The room was really nice. I love the hard floors.

There was construction happening in the lobby which normally I totally wouldnt.mind except that the carpet had been pulled up and there seemed to have been what might have been black mold. It's great that they are addressing it, but you kind of dont want that to be the first thing you see.

Large quiet room which had both a desk and a table with 2 chairs, comfortable bed, plenty of vanity space around the sink, nice shower (good pressure, lots of hot water, free-flowing drain, non-skid tub floor and a handy grab bar). Ashley and RJ at the front desk were very helpful.

Furniture and bathroom could use an update. Not sure if the dark grout spots in the shower tile were mold or just dirt. The bathroom door had to be closed in order to get into the shower which meant a steamy room, despite the exhaust fan. Despite these issues, we were satisfied with our one night here.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The room and hotel provided everything you needed, including a gym and a pool. Every entrance door to the hotel, including inside, requires a card key to get access to get in. It provides safety. Highly recommended!

had a comfortable desk chair and a comfortable other chair that i used while watching tv---bed was comfy--- room was clean

-----bathroom very small - had to turn sideways to close the door---the outside property could use a clean up - the side entrance was dirty and unwelcoming

Days Inn was perfect for overnight stay after a Bethel Woods Concert. The property is outdated and requires renovation to improve overall aesthetics . The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the free breakfast was adequate. Loved the pre-packaged banana nut muffins!! In General: Served our purpose for our needs!

No reason for $100. charge hold on my credit card in my opinion…

The room was comfortable and the housekeeper was very good at her job. The only problem we encountered was that they were undergoing renovations which led to various issues but noise was not a problem.

Breakfast was okay with small amt of people but Sunday morning so many had stayed there that waiting lines occurred. Also the person in charge there did not keep track of items running out. It’s difficult to have coffee with a long wait for milk replacement.

The room was nice and bed was really comfortable. Perfect location for Bethel Woods concerts.

When booking this hotel, there were several pictures of a very nice outside pool. However, there is no outside pool and the inside pool had water in it, looked fine but was closed.

The property was conveniently located, clean and staff was friendly.

The pool was closed for inspection and the food variety at breakfast could have been better. Some fresh fruit would have been great.

The shower knob was not working, the water was either HOT or COLD in my room. I like the breakfast, though, the breakfast doesn’t get restocked accordingly. Items run out quickly and don’t get filled. Items like plates n plastic utensils coffee cups, are always out and not replaced. Breads n condiments (i.e. creamer, butter, jelly, etc.) are always out. It’s not like it’s at the end of the breakfast hours. I went down at 6:30 am one morning, the next morning, I went down at 7:30 am. again items out. Waffle (my favorite😋) batter and syrup out often!
