It was very comfortable and clean. Quiet and staff r very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was alright. But how we wish that a nice facility like this one could start thinking about healthier choices of bread (sourdough breads) avoid sugary processed foods. Not sugary juices. Instead people can start using a juice area where they can make their own immunity shots/juices for example , apples, ginger, oranges, bananas, carrots. Majority of European hotels’ continental breakfasts….are incredibly impressive. Won’t it be great if 1 hotel chain can start a healthier trend and be famous abt it rather than the $ amount of savings. U set the trend. And people will follow. Make healthier choices. In the long run. People will see the difference and will spend the extra money to come stay at ur hotel just because of ur amazing breakfast. Just sayin….

This is my second stay and will now be my #1 pick for the area. Room could not be cleaner! Didn't smell of anything but freshly bleached surfaces and linens! (I am scent sensitive and traveling is always stressful- I can tell in a second if a room is stale, has been smoked in, fridge or air-con is sour, room has scented "cover ups" or the previous guests perfume on anything.) Bed was comfy (even 2 kinds of pillows) and air con fresh and worked well. The room had the right amenities, counter space, thoughtful and useful details and lighting- the bathroom mirror was like one giant ring light. I somewhat expected this human design approach from a new build, I wish all hotels were like this!! We didn't need room service for the short stay.

Air con a bit noisy for new- but still much quieter than some hotels. I wish all hotels had windows that opened at least a little for fresh air. If I have a peeve... All the body care products are Dove Pro line, so if you don't like that strong fruity-floral mess, bring your own toiletries.

Breakfast food selection was very good. Friday did not have a visible attendant but the attendant on Saturday was awesome. very friendly and cam around to see how she could be of further assistance. everyone smiled. shocking right!! refreshing to see and everyone was very helpful.

this is so subjective and in this case hard to say. if i could come up with one thing it would be more access to plugs for charging your phone in the lobby area. that area is so relaxing but no plugs.

Staff was friendly. The rooms were super- clean and very comfortable. The location was great; 30 minutes or less to all we had planned. I requested 2 rooms that were close together; we were just across the hall from each other. Great! Would definitely book again.

The noise level of some of our neighbors. Not a hotel issue though.

Extremely clean, good breakfast,location was good, rooms were large beds comfortable.

Just a note for people you have to put the whole booking on a credit cards first and pay cash when checking out there is a 75 dollar hold on top till check out , this all fair just was surprised.

The Hotel was spotless. There was a Keurig in the room for coffee and tea. Staff was friendly and pleasant. Free breakfast buffet had plenty of items. There was free coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby. Only 20 minutes from buffalo where we had our event. Highly recommend.

Cleanliness. Comfy beds. Good breakfast selection. Friendly smiling staff.

Could hear the loud sounds from floor above. Also loud water sounds coming from one of the walls. Smaller pool compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at.

it was odd that in the three days we stayed, the room was never cleaned for us. each night we came back the beds were just as we had left them ..same with the towels . we went to the communal restroom to grab toilet paper when the roll in ours ran out because it wasn’t replenished …not a big deal, just strange

It’s very modern and well maintained both inside and out. I also liked they had microwave, refrigerator and coffee maker in the room. Soft and firm pillows a definite plus! Very comfortable.

The road it’s on is challenging to pull out of. A minor inconvenience with the tv not having a guide or listing of available channels.

Breakfast was okay. Very efficient but nothing too fancy! They need bigger cups for drinks.

The toilet was not working the time I was there. Even when using the plunger, it still was not working.
