In the process of renovation. Seemed to be putting half effort in. Shower dn drain, TV dn work and breakfast had yogurt and cereal with pb, jam and butter but only plastic enclosed muffins to put those toppings on. Thise that were guests were packing the yogurts foe lunches so they didn't seem to mind the paltry efforts for food selection. Hope the renovation improves the outcome.

Very clean and quiet! Our room was on the 2nd floor and we didn't hear any outside or inside noise. Location is perfect for quick access to local restaurants, shopping and any other venues in the Lockport area.

The secured doors A and B were never locked. We had complete access 24/7 without the use of our key card. Although there were no issues during our stay, I would think the secured doors are there for a reason.

I panicked because it looks abandoned from the outside due to renovations. There was a beautiful indoor pool but the water was too cold to swim in. There was no breakfast available. Price should be reduced during renovations....it's a mess with no lobby

Quick & friendly check-in. Great value! Had issues with heat the first night. The situation was resolved very quickly.

Major renovation in progress has lobby a mess. I hope that the hotel can get back to what it once was. Pet charge is a bit excessive at $30/night.

We had a nice stay. The lady who checked us in was amazing and helpful. I wish the floors had been vacuumed going up the stairs and hallways. I realize there is work going in but not where I mentioned. We enjoyed our stay!!!

Friendly and helpful staff!! Clean room and lobby, bathroom free of hair and dirt I feel safe when I stay at Lockport Hotel!!

I leave for work before breakfast is served, but they always have coffee ready for the early birds 😀

Staff was very friendly. And the cost was great too.

The only downside was there wasn't someone at the front desk like other places I have stayed. Maybe have a bell so a staff member is aware that someone is at the desk. Other than that the stay was great!

The over night staff was wonderful !!!

I had to wait in my car 3 hrs until the rest of my party due to having to put a 50$ incidental charge on my cc. This should be mentioned when booked!!
